I had a great experience with AAA overhead door. I submitted a service request and was immediately contacted. Within an hour Ariel was at my house inspecting the broken system. He was candid and easy to work with. Ariel troubleshooted the issues, determined a new opener was needed, left and got it within 30 minutes, installed it immediately and charged a fair price. Did not have a good experience with the technician. I first called to make an appointment for an estimate. The guy game with a black truck with no company’s name. I asked for business cards and credentials he said he didn’t have one but to trust him that he worked for aaa garage door. He was very pushy about doing the job. I wanted estimates and then he got upset for wasting his time. I also went on Google Maps to verify the location. The location and the pictures are totally different. This place had scam all over it. I’m glad I did not go with them. Please becareful with this company. Shop around. Call someone local and get a second opinion

Was scheduled for 8-10am arrival time range, guy came after at 10:10 and told me it would cost over $400 to put a wheel back on the track. I asked if it was worth fixing, because the system was old. He said yeah because all else looked fine. This ended up not being true.Paid after 10 minutes of work and it looked like the picture. It wasn't even straight on the track. He was about to leave and already in his van when I said the garage door wouldn't even open. He came back and fixed the wheel again but I had to stay out in the cold worried he'd leave without finishing again. It seems like he hadn't even tested opening and closing the door before he went to leave.Also apparently the whole garage door opener was broken the whole time. Told the only way I could have the system actually work again was pay another thousand to get a new box, which wasn't even broken before the visit. We were both confused but he blamed me for how I opened the door the first time and that he never touched it. That's why I asked if it was worth repairing, because I would not have paid hundreds of dollars to fix, if it couldn't be fixed. Now it can only be opened manually, even after the visit.I know confusion happens, I just feel like not enough care was paid. He was about to leave when the job wasn't done or tested, the cost to fix changed throughout the visit, and I had to sit in the snow with him after it went wrong the second time to make sure it actually got done.Get a variety of quotes if you want to actually diagnose the problem because they didn't seem to be paying much attention throughout the visit. Fast work is cool if the job actually gets done well and right the first time, but that's not what happened here.

Do not ever use this service. Tech came and broke my garage door glass. Tried to negotiate the glass price without fixing garage first. He did not install sensor. He did not set up light bulb so I realized it was dark when I returned home. I don't recommend. Good luck

Today, I had an accident. I backed into my garage door. I called several places and found this company. The operator, was very friendly, patient, and understanding as I had a lot going on when I had made the phone call. Shortly after asking for an estimate on repairs, I got a call from Eddie. Eddie was near my house, and was available immediately for the estimate.Eddie was, kind, patient, understanding, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable.He quickly assessed the situation and was confident that he could make the repairs that needed to be done without a big cost to me. This was a huge relief, as I just spent lots of money on medical care for my family. Eddie’s confidence was so great that I decided to go ahead with the repairs. I am not at all regretful for making this decision. His skills and his professionalism were greatly appreciated. He completed my repair within 30 minutes! This was also a huge relief as I was missing work because of my mistake. I would most definitely recommend Eddie and this company in the future. If there are any other repairs that I need to my garage, I will definitely be reaching out to them. It was only one panel, but it add a decent amount of damage to the panel, and the railing. Eddie absolutely deserves this five star review for turning around this really stressful day. Thank you, Eddie!

I contacted AAA Overhead Door very late last night regarding a squeaky garage door despite multiple lubrication attempts. They responded immediately at almost 12AM and were at my house the next day within the time window I requested. The technicians were able to identify the issues promptly and explain my options while keeping budget in mind. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they were even able to reconfigure the door so it was installed properly. The technicians were professional and truly went above and beyond for what I was expecting. I will absolutely keep them in mind for my future garage door needs!
