Overall sketchy and unprofessional experience with this company. Technician and company representatives in contact with us referred to their company by a variety of different names and when asked to pay for the repair performed, it was requested the check to be written out to an unknown company which I can find no record of affiliation with to AAA overhead door.Technician claimed to have repaired the problem with the door but failed to check their work and door failed again as they were driving away from the site.
