Overall sketchy and unprofessional experience with this company. Technician and company representatives in contact with us referred to their company by a variety of different names and when asked to pay for the repair performed, it was requested the check to be written out to an unknown company which I can find no record of affiliation with to AAA overhead door.Technician claimed to have repaired the problem with the door but failed to check their work and door failed again as they were driving away from the site.

I manage a rental property from out of state and needed a reliable garage door company to fix a broken cable for my tenants. This team was incredibly easy to coordinate with, sent pictures of the finished work, and billed me online.Smooth process

The exterior wireless keypad stopped working, which is how my kids usually get into the house after school. The tech replaced the keypad, reprogrammed the codes, and even checked the general balance of the door while he was here..Great customer care

They were so incredibly kind to my elderly mother when her garage door track got bent. They explained the issue simply, fixed it quickly, and even applied a senior discount without us asking. True professionals with great integrity
