The company provided a service that was satisfactory in meeting basic requirements. While there were no major issues, the overall experience lacked any notable distinction. It fulfilled its primary function, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. There's certainly room for improvement in terms of innovation and exceeding customer expectations. It was a perfectly average experience.

Pros:💜 It's the perfect blend of incredible people, an inspiring culture, and a deeply meaningful purpose. I love what it stands for—empowering women and supporting mental health—and being part of a team that truly makes a difference every day. 🌟 Cons:Like many startups, there can be moments of disorganization as we grow and evolve. I would also appreciate more consistent communication with the founders and upper-level management to ensure alignment and transparency across the team. Advice to Management:1. Decision-making can sometimes take longer than expected, particularly when choosing between strong candidates. Streamlining this process could help reduce delays and ensure we move forward more efficiently. 2. There's room for improvement in providing consistent feedback to employees. People need to know if they're doing good, great, or excellent, as well as understand their areas of opportunity for growth and development. Regular feedback can foster motivation and continuous improvement.

Pros:Good Pay, Human Approach and Friendly Team Members Cons:Poorly structured workforce and process, the Job Posting at LinkedIn was greatly misleading, as I had applied to the role to deepen my career in Client Success yet I had been tasked to just cold call for about 2 weeks. They also lay off team members, reinforcing how badly structured the company is. Their data is sparsely organized with data being split from from CRM to another Advice to Management:Do not create job postings for Clinical Liaison if you plan is to just turn your company into a contact center for cold calling and lay off your Sales Reps and other Team members

Pros:Amazing work culture Talented colleagues Noble mission Cons:Lack of established structure Responsibilities change very quickly (need to adapt)

2024-09-04T00:00:00.000Z

Pros:Mission Driven, collaborative work environment, flexibility, professional growth Cons:Rapid growth challenges - the startup enviornment will definitely humble the 'get it all in one day mentality', but the work is meaningful and fulfilling, so you still walk away from everyday feeling good. Advice to Management:To the moon! :)

The company's culture and politics are unhealthy, with poor communication and a lack of trust among employees. While the pay is good, it comes without benefits such as health insurance or retirement plans, and there is no job security. Employees face uncertainty about long-term employment due to factors like frequent layoffs and unclear career progression. Pros: Collaborative teammate Cons: long hours

Pros:None — it’s contract work at lower than fair market value because of all the items as a 1099 employee you will have to deduct. Cons:Base 1099 contract pay is $80/hr. Subtract 35% of what you will need to pay in federal, state, unemployment taxes, Social Security, and other government requirements to start and you are left with $52/hr to which you will need to pay for your own medical malpractice, continuing education credits, medical insurance, licensure in the states that you will need in order practice, your DEA license, and each of those respective states, and you were going to be left with a lot less than what you would make us a floor nurse, potentially. Setting your own schedule without correct pay is not an incentive toward “work-life balance” when you are likely billing insurance or self-pay $180 to >$300 for a follow-up or new patient appointment. Advice to Management:As physicians who own the practice I am sure you are aware that, competitive fair market 1099 wages for PMHNP telehealth where there is no in person building maintenance or requirements is >$100/hr, averaging right around the $120/hr mark.

Pros:Remote work (not uncommon nowadays) Cons:Poor admin support. Last minute no shows that you don’t get paid for though you’re told at interview that you do. Read your contract thoroughly. It has some very heavy fees should you decide to leave within the first 12 months!! Advice to Management:See above
