I’ve used this place a couple of times and each time things went well because I had all my paperwork. They’re not always super clear which is frustrating but ask all of the questions you need up front so you’re not surprised. Considering we spent $300 with them and the dmv was also going to be charging us $130. They failed to tell us that would be getting charged two separate times. So my first charge took the money and the second one that I didn’t get a heads up about declined because I thought they had all their charges squared away. They wanted to charge another $50 to go drop that paper off again and bill another $80 from the DMV.I get they have a business to run and labor is a required payment. The least they could’ve done was let us know that two separate charges would occur and general timeline as to when those charges would happen.It’s possible they don’t have that info but they work close enough with the DMV and do this daily to have a general idea.If you have all of your paperwork and stuff needed for your car and you’re short on time and don’t mind paying the normal fees at the DMV plus their overcharge to drop paperwork off this is a great option for you. Sometimes we need to get stuff done and time isn’t always on our side.The other great thing about this place is if you don’t want to deal with the DMV at all they’ll take care of everything and ship you your plates/registration/title.You are absolutely overpaying for the speedy delivery of your info to them.DMV Snap charged me $300 for title transfer and registration and the DMV is charging me $130.So I’m paying $430 (plus the $20 smog which brings us to $450) when in reality the services I needed done only cost $130.Most of that is on me for not thinking about my options though and that’s why I’m laying them out here for people in the future.If you are not crunched on time and have all your paperwork, just make an appointment and save yourself the $200-$500.Appointments are usually a month out and it takes no time to get a moving permit from the dmv website if you have a Nevada driver license and are insured.Plus all of the paperwork they need from you is the exact paperwork the DMV needs. So they’re not really doing much but printing it out and dropping it off for you .I’ve also done this once before for an out of state vehicle. DMV snap ended up charging me about $450 and the dmv charged me $200 so I was all in for about $650. Mind you I didn’t even get a clean title transfer out of it, I was just added to the title because it was going to be an extra $200 from the DMV SNAP. These extra prices would’ve never come from the DMV as they have pretty set prices for services. I don’t remember what had happened exactly but something went wrong with paperwork on their end and they were trying to charge us again for their mistake. Josh ended up working it out and getting us squared away but still same kind of situation here.If you aren’t strapped for time, have a Nevada drivers license, and you have all your paperwork needed just go to the DMV yourself.Not sure which location, possibly the dmv on Sahara takes walk-ins on Saturday's.
