The girls showed up right on time and the house looks like new again! What a relief it is to have a clean home again.

Cleaners were great and easy to work with. There was a miscommunication but they were able to fix it. Love coming home to a clean home!

Have enjoyed having shine bright cleaning coming out for a monthly clean! They seem to really care about their customers. Very prompt and efficient. They work around my dog which is also great.

Overall the girls did a good job. I actually wish the person I had a phone call with to schedule the clean would of warned me about making sure nothing was on the floor. (I actually did a pretty good job picking up clutter and toys before hard). For a "deep clean" i would of expected these two examples to be cleaned. (Also I was working from home and let the girls know if you have an questions at all dont hesitate to pop in) okay example 1. There was a blanket on the floor in the primary where a child had ended up the night before. The blanket was not moved for vacuuming/mopping. Example 2, I have a blanket neatly tucked on the couch to prevent stains/spills (small children) I noticed on the checklist vaccume couches was not checked.... I assume that was because of the blanket on the couch?Anyway learning curve on my part. Like I said I wish that had been more clear before hand. Now I know for the next clean.
