I was so excited to hire shine bright cleaning and was happy to receive the special discount for the deep clean. It was a birthday gift to myself (it was a much needed service for being a busy full time working mommy of 4 kids). As the day arrived I got an automative text at 11:39am that the cleaning team will be here in 8 minutes. They arrived at 12:25pm and didn’t start cleaning till 12:40pm. I showed them the exact places and what I wanted done which was also informed via text. As I went through the cleaning area when I got home it was NOT the best deep clean nor even a regular cleaning. My floors were not swept and/or mopped in bathroom. There were still garbage and dust on the floor, they left the garbage bags that were filled and out the canister in bathroom and in kitchen. I would assume they would throw it in the dumpster. The bathtub was not touched at all, the 1 toilet was clean on the outside but not the inside (bowl & under toilet seat were not cleaned) and 2nd toilet was not touched at all, mirrors were not cleaned its like they just did the bottom but ignored the top, baseboards were not cleaned as I suggested. I request only certain rooms so they can have more time to deep clean the areas I wanted (kitchen & 2 bathrooms) and they did not even touch the entry way. I felt that I was robbed from how much I was being charged for. Another note I was charged extra time cleaning when I should not have. They arrived at 12:30pm and didn’t start till 12:40pm and finished at 3:30pm. I was told it was going to be $250 for 2.5hr cleaning with 2 cleaners and extra $50 for time cleaning inside fridge. But they are charging me $350. That does not make sense to me why I am getting charged extra $50. My total time I calculated them in my house was 3hrs. The fridge time is not included in the 2.5hr cleaning. I truly am not satisfied with the service.I sent pictures and notified the office. They did offer to come back and fix mistake and I was happy too until they told me that it will still be $350 unless I don’t have them come to fix mistake then it will be the original amount I was told. I was not happy and informed them that is not right and fair. They came back and said they won’t charge me the extra $50 anymore and still can come back. I did not want to deal with them anymore for it was the final blow for me. I paid the $300 and I said I no longer want to use their service. I normally not the type to write negative review but I put in alot of money for this service and I wanted to give my honest review. Less

I called Else after my inspection and she said she would send the girl back to my house the next day. She came and literally redone whatever she done the first day. Everything that didn’t get done the first time, didn’t get done a second time. I was so infuriated!!!!She told me she was giving me a discount but I still paid 400.00 for the service. I will not work with them anymore. Even after she offered me a free cleaning…… if they are not cleaning in two tries, why let them back in my home? Bitter is an understatement!!!!! I’m also adding that this place has a google guarantee but, when I sent the photos and videos to google, they replied “ after our investigation “ which basically was telling me we are not refunding your money. I will never recommend this company and don’t believe or trust the google guarantee. I was given a discount but , still paid $400.00 dollars. I’m still looking to have my spring cleaning done. I’m currently in my 3rd trimester pregnant & I booked Shine Bright Cleaning Services after seeing an Instagram promotion. They looked legitimate & trustworthy & I was looking forward to a great experience. I reached out to the company in order to get a quote for a possible monthly cleaning leading up to January when I’m due. I was told a specific amount after I’ve answered all questions regarding the size, state, & needed cleaning for the home without specifically stating that they charge by the hour and without stating how much they charge per hour. When I asked about the charge if it took longer than expected, I was reassured that the price should be accurate and if the cleaners feel like it will be more they will say so at the beginning before cleaning starts. After we set the appointment & the cleaning was done, the cleaners mentioned to me that it took less time than usual because there are 2 of them. My house was already clean and organized. I just needed a better clean that a cleaning service provides. When it was time to pay, I was quoted double the original amount and when I brought up the original quote, they corrected themselves. But a few days later when I checked my card and the receipt I received, it was once again a different amount. When I reached out, I was given a lot of excuses, but ultimately went back to the original quote — again. They offered to credit me on the next clean instead of recharging me the proper amount. I feel as though the experience was scummy and shady. The pricing was unclear, the communication inconsistent and it ultimately made them untrustworthy. I do not recommend this company and will not be working with them ever again. Less

Not only was Andrea attentive, she was also flexible in the adjustments of time and had Grace and Ivy come out to get my house as close to clean as it could be. Grace and Ivy showed up and did an excellent job (we had to cap it at a certain amount of hours for the prop management company to cover it) and they exceeded my expectations! They were thorough, very kind, and overall did a great job with how dirty the place was. I can't say enough good things about Andrea, Grace, and Ivy. We have a large home and it’s a decent amount of work. The girls were great. Both super sweet to not only myself but our obnoxious pups. They truly did a great job. However, afterwards I noticed some things I anticipated being done were not. I reached out to Andrea. To say I was nervous about reaching out is an understatement. I spoke with her about the things that weren’t completed and asked if I was mistaken on what I should’ve expected. She was super sweet, very understanding, and truly acted like she cared about providing me the best service. After she spoke with the girls, we found out it was just a simple mistake and one just forgetting to tackle that task. They sincerely apologized and made it right by sending one of the girls back out to complete the task. They also didn’t make me feel bad for expressing my confusion and concerns. I understand that this review is not as glittery as others. However, the point of this review is to let others know that even though we all make mistakes occasionally, Shine Bright Cleaning cares about the job they’re doing and the satisfaction of their customers. They will listen to you and make it right if things aren’t up to your expectations. That to me speaks volumes about their quality and integrity. This is the only time I’ve had anything come up with them but I’m confident in continuing to be a customer because I know if there’s ever something wrong they will treat it with respect, concern, care, and kindness. We’ve been looking around for a new company to clean my grandma’s house as well as other properties my husband owns. We decided to try shine bright cleaning as they were running a special for 4 hours of cleaning for $199. We discussed areas of focus since the entire house couldn’t get cleaned. I stated I wanted the focus to be the lower level, kitchen, living areas, and the 3 bathrooms to be cleaned in a 2300 square foot home. I decided to pop in an hour into the clean and was thoroughly disappointed. At the one hour mark, the cleaners had barely scratched the surface. They had cleaned the microwave of the kitchen and one bathroom and stated that they were only going to be there for two hours since the special was 1 person for 4 hours (not disclosed). I called Kylie and she was very professional and stated they would stay an extra hour. I came back to check the house after they were done and they hardly cleaned anything. The job was rushed and they didn’t get to the second living room and there were still crumbs on the rugs and the mopping was sub par. Kylie stated the cleaners needed an additional 3 hours to clean. Looking back at the ring camera inside the home, I believe the manager was cleaning and seemed throughly annoyed to be there. She barley did any cleaning and definitely took advantage of the time. If this is any indication of the quality of work they do, then I would urge you to stay clear from the company. We have cleaners who are unfortunately too busy to take on more clients and I can compare their job to the two girls that came to the house. Our cleaners come in and they are MOVING and can get our home 1900 sq (two gals) cleaned top to bottom in an hour and half. It was disappointing that we paid $199 to get my grandmas house cleaned but looked no different when we walked in. I will not be using them again. Less
