Nic provided absolutely excellent service when I brought him my Audi RS7. The car was purchased brand new last summer, and I had the dealer apply PPF (Paint Protection Film) and Ceramic .. to protect it from damage. Unfortunately, I soon had a small blemish, and neither the dealer, nor another detail shop wanted to assist me.Nic recommended that we do a little touch up, and then use Xpel PPF on the front end. This is a very reputable product, offered by a small network of certified shops, and it carries a 10 year warranty.At no point did Nic try to hard sell me, and his cost for the work was extremely competitive. At no additional charge, he removed the thinner PPF that had been glued on at the dealer's vendor, touched up the blemish with the proper color, did an outstanding job applying the Xpel .. and then detailed the car.I had some concern because we were in the process of resurfacing our driveway, limiting my ability to use our garage. Nic kept the car garaged for me, and was flexible, so I would not need to bring it home during a storm. He kept me informed of progress, and when I got the car back, I felt like he took fantastic care of it.If I need additional services, this is going to be my first stop. The business has great integrity, their work is superb and customers are treated extremely well. Highly recommended.

Was expecting a better job car came in very dirty. I have 3 kids wasn't expecting it to look brand new but did not expect to find crumbs and gunk in the cracks around gear shift and Tiny side trunk windows not cleaned on the inside. My tire was popped due to a dewalt razor in the parking lot when leaving not saying it's anyone's fault just kinda sucked I had to buy a tire after paying for 300 inside/out package for a job I felt was only worth maybe 100. I'm guessing he does a great job on cars with light soil but not too great on medium to high soil. Job was not the worst smells great, seats look 3x better than they did. But noticing little missed DETAILS everytime i get in the car, the wife too. Nice guy great customer service, will i go back? No. My wife said 1 star feeling like yea the work compared to the price was crazy. But honestly it smells and looks better on the inside but it's just for the price i expect nothing to be missed.

Had Nick do a front end PPF and full body ceramic coating. He did excellent work and only uses the number one rated XPEL PPF film. Had the car back in to him a couple of weeks after the initial applications for some touch ups. Extremely satisfied with his work and follow through. Highly recommend!

My car was extremely dirty on the inside. He looked at it and said “oh this is no problem it’s not bad at all!” With the greatest attitude. (Side note: it was absolutely horrible) It helped me with my embarrassment. lol. The customer service is 10/10. He got my car looking like I just drove it off the lot. I had to wait with my car and he made sure to keep me updated and also check on me to make sure I was comfortable. I also appreciate how he cleaned my baby’s car seat! That was a super plus and unexpected. Absolutely recommend coming here to get your car detailed. 1000/10

I can’t recommend Nick at O’ Donoghue enough. He went over and above cleaning, waxing, shampooing and detailing my truck.I am a female and very particular about the way my truck looks.He is humble and conscientious and was very accommodating with my schedule and the price was fair.My truck is 14 years old and when I picked up my white Toyota Tacoma, it was “showroom” quality”, except of course for the years of wear and tear..Nick did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend him

We got. 2018 honda pilote elite. Bought it used. The previous owners, we are guessing, had kids. It wasn't too bad but you could see the signs. My wife found him and set up an appointment. He was transparent with us. Which we appreciated. We felt 99% would not have been and told us lies. When he finished the car looked brand new. We told him what else we wanted to do with the car (paint job from white to black) and he told us not to and why it was a bad idea. He told us the price we would be looking at from a major company that could do the job. He saved us that much money. And I'm not talking a few thousand. I'm talking 5 figures. We asked if he could take care of the exterior as well. He said yes and so we set up an appointment before we left our initial appointment. When it comes to cars alot of people lie about alot of things. This man does not. His pricing is 5/5. His service is 5/5. Attitude 5/5. Everything and anything else is going to be a 5/5. You will not be disappointed. Set up an appointment because he is a very busy man. There's a reason for that. If you get work done from him you'll see why.

Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Nic for a DEEP detail. I don't have an after picture so apologies but this man managed to clean all the snow muck off my car and the gallon of VOMIT that my brother left in the passenger seat.I pre-cleaned the puke but the smell was horrendous as you can imagine. Wine & burgers. Just 2 days before Thanksgiving. The car sat outside with the windows down for a few days. I called Nic and he said he could do it the day after Thanksgiving and get the the smell out of the Alcantara. It sat for 24hrs and when I came to pick it up, it was good to go!He even threw in a discounted exterior wash due to the rush I was in to prepare the car for my in-laws visit. 10/10 for professionalism and service. Will definitely be going back for his services in the near future.

Just want to take a moment and say these guys are awesome!!! They are pros at what they offer. This was my first ever time with them for my model y tinting. I went in with ceramic tint only and ended up scheduling for ppf and vip cleaning as well for next week.Nic is a great guy and so is his team. What they offer is quality. There is no disappointment. The best thing for me is honesty and Nic and his team delivered it. The Tinting is 11/10. The precision is so well done that it out performs my previous vehicle’s tinting from else where. When they tell you it’s ceramic tinting, you get ceramic tinting. When they tell you it’s ceramic coating paint protection, you best believe it is. On top of it, the products they use is one of the best that exists. These guys have history of doing the best detailing in the town.Will upload pictures soon of the tinting.I genuinely recommend these guys. At least give them a shot once to witness their work. You absolutely won’t regret it.

Nicholas runs a great business and goes out of his way to take care of his customers. I had some allergen, and odor, issues in my vehicle. He worked hard to make sure they were eliminated. I highly recommend this business if you need serious auto detailing done by someone you can trust.
