This is our 5th time staying with you, and it was lovely, however just a few little things to note this time:The bedding, although clean, has a ‘foodie’ smell to it. Like not clean laundry clean, as if it’s been stored somewhere and food smells have got to it.The pillows…made my skin crawl, sorry. The pillowcases didn’t fit over them quite right and I could touch the pillow, which felt all bobbly and rough! It’s a small thing but I swapped pillows in the spare bunk cos it felt awful to touch!The bathroom, although spotless, was looking a little tired in the shower. The grouting around the shower base looked very messy, and stood out as it was black against the white shower tray.I felt like a few things were missing, like a box of tissues would have been handy, and a bin in the bedrooms, useful too.Otherwise as usual, the location is perfect and so quiet. Rooms are well clean and the little touches, like milk in the fridge and a stocked up fruit bowl were appreciated. Thanks again!

Great apartments, clean, modern, secure, everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the heart of St Annes with parking. Local for buses, restaurants and cafes, and of course the beach and pier. Highly recommended, stayed before and will book again.

The booking process was very easy to navigate. We were kept informed about everything we needed for our stay. Someone was on the end of the phone when we thought we had a problem and reassured us that everything was ok. The suites are fantastic. Easy to access. Modern, clean and well equipped. A great location for accessing the local area. Plenty of parking spaces available. We had 2 suites on our booking, both were equally as nice.Unforunately, the milk was off in one of tglhe suites but it was in date so couldnt be helped.I woukd not hesitate to highly recommend this place. Thank you.

😀 - Clean, light and airy and modern. You have thought of everything that may be needed in the room, including a fan for the warmer weather. Daily replenishments was an added bonus, along with the convenience of providing milk and water on arrival. Location spot on. Well done, we will surely be back. 😞 - Water pressure in the shower a little low at times.

We had a lovely stay , right in the center of lytham st annes .The apartment was very clean & tidy, lovely & modern. There was a car park space right outside,its very close to restaurants/pubs& the beach . So highly recommend.

😀 - Just comfortable and clean . Parking outside and right in the centre of St annes for shops , pubs etc. Just leave the car . Not far from lytham Just pop on the bus . Great checkout time. Would like an earlier checkin in and not have to pay for that . We always stay here everytime we visit. 😞 - The cups could do with changing they were all scratched at the bottom and being white didn't look clean tbh . I like a nice mug . No spatula either

We are are group of 3 adults family members travelling north. We stayed here for one night. This accommodation is excellent. It is clean, comfy and stylishly decorated. The owners have gone out of their way to ensure comfort. For example, the towels are large and soft, the beds comfy and there is even a dishwasher in the kitchen. We all enjoyed staying here and wholeheartedly recommend as a great place to stay.

We had a very enjoyable couple of nights at Design Suites. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and in an excellent location for bars, restaurants, the seafront and public transport. The provision of milk, tea, coffee and fruit was an added bonus. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again if visiting the area.
