Lovely clean apartment. Perfect for ourstay. Nostalgic visit to Blackpool and much preferred to stay in St Annes.Very quiet, no noise from road or neighbours.Visited Le Patio restaurant and takeaway from Spicy Waves. Recommend them both too. Both within walking distance of the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a lovely location, close to shops, pubs, restaurants and beach. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower wasn't hot. Fantastic water pressure but only a wam temperature. Having said that I would recommend this place to anyone and I would certainly stay again if I was in Lytham St Annes.

😀 - My husband and I enjoyed our stay at sweet suites . It was really good value for the money . The location was exceptional , it was only a 5 minutes walk into town . Had many bars / cafes / shops around the accomodation . Lovely accomodation . Clean & modern with extras ( biscuits , fruit , water . ) 😞 - Nothing .

😀 - It was exactly as it was portrayed in the photos unlike the wide angle shots which exaggerate size and space used on many sites. 😞 - The fan in the bathroom was a little too noisy. A small inconvenience only - I’m nitpicking!

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 nights stay in the top floor 2 bedroom apartment- Suite 5.The apartment firstly was extremely quiet, although set in a great location in St Annes, only a few minutes walk and you have many facilities from cafes, pubs, shops and supermarkets.We found the very large bed in the master bedroom to be incredibly comfortable and slept really well. The sofa in the living room not so comfortable, our only slight criticism.As others have mentioned, it’s very kind of the owners to leave fresh fruit, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, salt, pepper and an oil spray for light cooking. There is an induction hob, microwave/grille , toaster, coffee machine,fridge with small freezer compartment and even a slimline dishwasher ( complete with tablets), no oven.We were surprised that the apartment was serviced daily whilst we were out, towels replaced, bins emptied. A nice touch but we didn’t think it was necessary for a short stay self catering let 😊.Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.

😀 - Location. Perfect for shops, pubs etc with a short walk to the beach. Apartment had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. 😞 - My friend and I could manage the two flights of stairs to apt number 6 but when choosing this apt it may be mindful to consider this as they were steep. There were apts on the ground floor, middle floor and two at the top.

Not stayed in apartments before but this was such a fabulous experience we are looking for dates to go again! I had taken teabags and milk and biscuits but I needn’t have bothered - it was all provided. Even fresh fruit and welcome bottled water. The bed was super comfy - just loved the pillows! Great pressure in the shower and under floor heating in the bathroom with toiletries provided. What’s not to like? Ideally situated and parking space too. Can’t wait for the next trip.

Great place to stay. Second time for us. Central to St Annes. A really nice apartments with lovely touches like coffee machine, a pint of fresh milk, fruit and bottled water to name but few. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Short 2 day stay. Stayed multiple times at Design Suites and they never fail to deliver comfortable, quality accommodation at very competitive prices.Also, a great bonus, onsite parking. Location ideal for beach front or exploring Fylde coastline. Great choice of local cafes and restaurants available. Enjoy!

😀 - It was very comfortable to stay and we like the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient. Close to the train station and restaurants and cafes. The self check-in is a smart idea and works very well. Would stay here again. 😞 - We got a room on the top floor and with heavy suitcases the narrow staircase is a bit tricky.

😀 - The location is good, very central for shops, bars and restaurants. Access was easy using the entry codes provided. Having parking so close to town is a bonus. The apartment was very clean and the beds comfy. Kitchenette had everything we needed. Fresh towels were brought regularly. Wi-Fi worked ok. Coffee, tea, biscuits and fruit were provided. 😞 - We were in apartment 6 which is described as a King Studio measuring 32 square metres. The main room is actually less than 15 m2, plus a small bathroom and hallway so a total area of less than 19 m2. The management said they would look into whether description should be updated. There is limited space for clothes, would be ok for a weekend but wasn’t big enough for a long stay and wouldn’t have booked it if the size had been accurately described. The stairs up to the second floor are steep although that wasn’t a problem for us. It’s very hot in the summer and the window is small, although there was a fan provided. Minor points but the shower door was loose and on arrival the milk was 2 days past its date and sour. Having read all the great reviews I expected better.
