I joined the LLS family in March 2026. I enjoyed and learned a lot going thru the coursework. The problem is they billing and customer service. I decided to break out the course payments by making 4 monthly payments. That would be $97.00 a month. I was charged a payment on March 19th and then again on April 19th (which is all correct) but then I was charged another $97.00 dollars on April 21st. I look in the system at they invoice and it shows that it is for the mentorship and CRM after the 30 day free trial. When I signed up though, that was said to be free for the first four months so I should only be charged for the $97.00 monthly for four months and then if I want to continue then it would be $97.00 monthly or I could choose a cheaper option for $27.00 a month. I sent a message in they chat asking what the additional charge is by their description. They AI chat comes back to explain it is for the mentorship, additional courses access, and the CRM and then states it is free for 6 months. Not the 30 day free trial as listed on the invoice or the 4 months advertised when i was looking into joining. I requested to chat with the support team to better understand the charges and how things work. The response I received back though was crazy. They said that the $97.00 was for my third monthly payment and that I broke up the course charge by 4 months and that the mentorship and CRM is free for the first 4 months. This is incorrect information even by they own explanation. If I joined in March and paid one month then was charged again April 19th for the second month and it is broke out in 4 monthly payments then why was I charged for the third payment two days later on April 21st instead of May 19th. And why is the invoice state differently. I am an accountant and business owner. I feel like they trying to gaslight me and tell me anything and think I will just go along with it like I am stupid. This is unacceptable and bad business. For this reason alone, I do not recommend doing business with this company.

This course really informative. Mark's classes or engaging. He gives the subject matter in great detail and it is understandable. "Does that land everybody?" I thank Mark for the opportunity to take the Loan Signing System course. It was highly relevant and provided concrete techniques that loan signers should follow, and I plan to implement in my practice as a Notary Loan Signing Agent. I feel much more equipped to handle loan signings now.Thanks
