I started my Greencard adjustment of status case on Jan. 03. 2025. It has been a long process, but Emerson was always active when ever I reached out about my application. My Employment Authorization and Advance Parole was approved on Feb. 21. 2025 I was later scheduled for my interview on October 21. 2025 where my Greencard was successfully approved on the spot. I have used Alien Attorney on 2 occasions.First for a Green Card Renewal, and more recently for a US Citizenship Application.Their Service is absolutely fantastic.Their process is very easy to follow, relying on scheduled phone calls (customer can choose the days and times), and a portal for questions, file uploads and messaging.The citizenship application took less than 4 months from the initial phone call, to completion.Most useful was a preparation phone call with Attorney Pandeli in order to get ready for the interview.
