On more than one occasion I have been ridiculously overcharged for parts at this place and I have made the decision to never go back again. This happened to me for a second time now. For example... I went in on Saturday afternoon and asked for a specific brake part. The guy said that it was not in stock but they could order it; however it is very expensive at $163 per unit - and i needed two of them. He was very nice about it and even helped me track down a similar item at a local auto parts store. The next day, I decided that I should get the OEM part for safety reasons, so I returned to the dealer. Long story short, the guy that was there today (Monday) quoted me $225 for the same exact part! When I told him that the guy on Saturday quoted me $163 per part, he said "thats fine I can honor that price" - but then he tells me that if i want the 4 crush washers, they are $10.95 per washer! Per washer!! So I feel like he just made up that $225 price - not knowing I had been there 2 days prior! A very similar situation happened to me a couple of months ago when i was in there to buy an even more expensive part, but in that situation there was over a $200 difference in the price of that part between different Parts counter people. I am sorry, but I just do not trust them.
