Not good. I was told on the phone when setting up my appointment that my car was under warranty. I set the appointment up 5 days in advance at 145pm on a Wednesday. To do this I had to leave 30. Minutes early from work which was fine, but also had to plan a ride which was fine. Then 5 days later the day of, I get a phone call a couple hours before my scheduled time and was told they can't do 145 and that I would have to come in at 1 or choose a different day, so I chose Friday then get told they can't do Friday so I chose Saturday then get told they can't do Saturday, so I then have to call my ride and let them know last minute and also had to get with my boss to leave an 1:30 early instead of :30. Then when I get the car to the shop, I turn in the keys and go home, I was told I would get a phone call before they touch the car, mind you I've been there before so okay, I end up getting a phone call and we discuss they will check the engine light, cool. Couple hours later they finish and call me to tell me my car was not under warranty and it will be a 206 charge because of my cars Impact.....why wasn't I told this before they touched the car? I've been there before and am pretty sure they noted my car had the impact..... anyways after all that trouble I was charged 206 and my car was not fixed.......terrible Less
