We had a disappointing experience overall. While communication was handled well, we did not feel confident in the service department’s diagnostic process.We were presented with costly recommended repairs, but there was no clear assurance that they would resolve the issue. The experience left us feeling more like a transaction than a valued customer. Because of that lack of confidence, we chose to seek service elsewhere.Based on this experience, we do not plan to purchase another Hyundai in the future.
