This was my first time coming to this shop, but it won't be the last. Ms FiFi washed and conditioned my hair, which included an amazing scalp massage. The products she uses smell amazing and my scalp never felt so good. I even fell asleep during the wash.There were 2 people working on my braids. They were amazing. They worked quickly and constantly checked in to make sure the braids weren't too tight and that I was okay.They also offer water and snacks. Everyone was friendly and the vibes were great. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

I had such a great experience here! I arrived at 1:11 PM and was completely finished by 5:00 PM. I had been trying to get my hair done for the past couple of days, and honestly, the hardest part was finding someone who would even respond. Even if they didn’t have availability, nobody had the common courtesy to simply respond and let me know.I’m so glad I found this place! They were welcoming, professional, and actually took the time to make sure my hair was done right. I really appreciate the service and the fact that they followed through. I left happy with my hair, and that means a lot after the experience I had trying to get an appointment elsewhere.I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back!

Fifi is a wonderful braider. She always does a great job on our heads. I will admit we have long thick and curly hair, she is patient, moves quickly and gives us exactly what we ask for. Never had any problems, her and her team is very understanding. And if your on a budget just say so she'll make sure to stay in budget for you. If I had to change anything I would ask that the private conversations was at a respectable tone. Sometimes when the team is caught up in their conversation it can get a bit loud. For me that's the only problem, out ears are sensitive and loud noises make our head hurt.

I was looking for a Braider next to my area, and chatGPT recommended braids by Fifi and I decided to try it for the first time. The professionalism of booking online and picking the exact date and time you desire is priceless. I had two Braider on my hair and finished in 4 hours. Fifi is my new go to and thats huge since I'm fiercely loyal to my day one braider, but she was so much further away, and I just couldn’t take the trip this time, so I booked with Fifi. I loved the level of professionalism, warmth, technical skill (sensitive scalp) and overall attention to detail I encountered on my first visit and she even squeezed in my son.
