I had a great experience at Fifi’s Braids and Scalp Care. Not only is Fifi talented, she is also very patient, kind, and gentle. I also appreciate how clean and organized the salon was, and the customer service I received throughout my appointment. And I cannot even describe her shampoo technique. I’ll just say, it put me right to sleep and my scalp felt so refreshed.

I went to BraidsByFif this Saturday and got medium boho braids with a blend, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Her workers were amazing and everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time.They didn’t braid too tight, which I really appreciated, and my braids came out neat, lightweight, and so pretty.The environment was super welcoming, they had snacks available and even let you watch shows while getting your hair done, which made the whole experience really relaxing.You can tell they care a lot about their clients.Overall, great service and a great vibe from the whole team. I’ll definitely be back! 💕

I’ve been coming to this braiding shop for quite some time, and there’s a reason I keep returning. The atmosphere is always professional, the ladies are kind, and my head never hurts after getting my braids done. For an extra fee, I can also get my hair washed with no issues at all, which is a huge plus.I’ve received so many compliments at work about my hair, and I will continue to support this business. I’ve been to several braiding shops over the years, but this one is truly different. They take pride in their work, never rush, and the quality shows every single time.The owner is such a sweetheart, and the ladies who work with her are incredibly talented. I got knotless medium braids last week and it was one of the best braiding experiences i’ve ever had. Everyone in the shop was very kind and welcoming. One thing I have never experienced while getting my hair braided is getting a scalp massage before, it was great and definitely my favorite part. Other than that my hair didn’t take long at all and once my braided started she didn’t stop until she was done. They were very gentle on my hair which also made it a very relaxing experience for me. the communication was perfect with fi and the space was very cleanly. they definitely earned themselves a new customer
