I was in the shop on Wednesday. I met your salesman, Ty. He was excellent. He was not only very knowledgeable but very friendly. Since I really didn't know what I wanted, I just browsed the cases. As customers came in, I told him he could take care of them, but he always came back to me. He was moving back and forth, counter to counter making sure we were all seen and not forgotten. He also had a great sense of humor. I will definitely be back again.

Just spoke with TY really awesome and understanding soul, went above and beyond to call and tell me they didn’t have the specific product and still ensured I got good quality and took the time to explain the different varieties, truly treated like family and I wouldn’t go to another smoke shop even if it was my last option, ty at green antidote all the way!!!!! 🙏

These employees are the sweetest, most helpful people. They listen to what I like and try to provide me the best experience/product. Chelly, Dai, and Ty, are the most welcoming and helpful group. Won't shop anywhere else while im down there

I placed an online order, but it was canceled (they didn't have what I requested). I called the store, and TY literally told me all of the options available for what I wanted. Very patient and helpful.
