This is the first time ever that I am rating any service this poorly. The treatment is definitely selective based on what services you are availing. The more you are spending, the better the treatment. I had booked my first appointment for simple haircut followed by any potential treatment/conditioning after Daniel’s consultation. I appreciate the honesty about my hair being not very ideally voluminous but the criticism was never followed with solutions. I instead got a basic straight trim(literally 2 cms) and hot blow dry(without heat protection), to my according to him already damaged hair and was charged full haircut for a total time of 5 minutes service session.The disrespect felt totally deliberate and quite unnecessary for my first time visit with zero background with them. The staff was very friendly but did not expect this from the owner especially seeing the other reviews about him. I wonder if he would’ve treated me better if I had mentioned I would recommend his place to all my colleagues at new Trading branch in Stamford potentially gaining good business but then also we are all mostly working 70 hours stressful week which is not the type of thin damaged hair this saloon seems to have expertise with. He was also too eager to persuade me to book next appointment with god knows what audacity but I did buy a shampoo from him out of niceness(also i struggle to say no) to end on good note. Never visiting again and do not recommend for the experience, the place lacks integrity. There are better saloons with same price range and truly luxurious experience in the downtown.

they were able to get me in really fast and were very welcoming. I got a great cut from violeta, however, she kept saying my hair was “crazy” and audibly sighing when blowing out my hair- she said my hair was too hard to blow out. i have 2b/2c curls, i have never had any issues getting my hair blown out ever in the past and was a little taken aback by the many comments of how it was “crazy.” as a woman of color this made me feel uncomfortable and felt like microaggressions. i would not reccomend this salon if you have any type of curl to your hair.

Incredibly kind, skillful and efficient! Daniel was able to take me last minute and did a superb job in bringing my layers and fringe back to life in virtually no time. Jennifer then kindly styled beautiful waves without using that much heat (unusual in my experience). So happy and definitely coming back!

I want to give a special shout out as well to Jennifer who washed and helped blow dry my hair and it came out just so amazing! Is there anywhere else to go to get your hair done? I don't think so!
