It was a very great experience with Bruno and his team. At first was skeptical as there are so many videos and reels out there about property investment and was unsure what to follow when starting out. Had a call with Bruno and he was very direct and to the point to what direction i should take which aligned with my goals.From him I was introduced to a whole network of people who had helped me along the way of securing a purchase which was priceless. From solicitor to mortgage broker to accountant. Couldn’t have done it without his whole team.Special mention to Garry who had done all the research and was by my side in finding a suitable property. I had a really positive experience working with One Central Property (Bruno Pedruco Novo and Garry Sandhu) in purchasing my first investment property. As someone new to property investing, I had a lot of moments where I felt unsure because I didn’t know much about the process, but Garry was always there to guide me, give honest insight, and help me make sound decisions. You could genuinely feel that he cared about helping me set myself up well for the future.Garry was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Anytime I had a question, he was quick to respond and always willing to explain things clearly. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond even in areas that didn’t directly affect him. I was initially quoted around $11,000 by a tradie for repairs, and Garry felt that was too expensive. Even though it meant extra work for him, he helped look into other tradie options, and I ended up getting the same works done for less than $6,000.He also negotiated the property price down by $15,000 by taking into account the minor repairs needed, which made the purchase fit my budget much better. Between the negotiation and the repair savings, working with him was absolutely worth it.Bruno was also great to work with, and together they made the whole process feel smooth and well managed. I’m very grateful for their help and hopeful about the future performance of the property. I’d be happy to come back and update this review in a year or two.I’d definitely recommend them, especially to anyone buying their first investment property.
