I actually really enjoyed doing this detox especially straight after the heavy Christmas and New Year celebrations. The soups provided were out of this world and the juices were drinkable (considering i’m a very fussy eater) Lucy was very supportive and informative throughout the whole programme always on hand. I never felt hungry! I feel I have a better understanding of what my body needs and what it should have. I am happy with my weight loss (10lbs) and i’m feeling very motivated to continue making better choices! Would definitely recommend if you want to start feeling better about yourself.
