We hired this company the name is spiffy cleaning professional. The first man came he didn't even do anything for 30 minutes. Then he asked me if any super market nearby. I asked him why?he said OH U HAVE A WOODEN FLOOR AND I SDONT HAVE ANY CLEANING STUFF FOR IT???? He went to the store. After that two other people showed up. One was his wife and one younger man.the company had say it will be total 3 people and will work for 3 to 4 hours. The first man was working in my kitchen he was very lazy and did very lousy job.whenevr I try to ask or say he was saying we don't do that meaning we don't clean inside the drawers. Infect it was all details in email sent by the company. And he was very smart talking man.they all were talking in other language they were from HAITI. This man he swept the floor and pushed all debris on side by wall and left it there.also moped the floor and all three people were walking with the shoes so the floor wasn't clean.thisis a bogus company with no training did not met the requirements very bad experience do not fall for these faik reviews. If u hire this people u will regret like other people to put my review i am giving one star bc there is no 0.this company is a joak.i was forced to pay in full up front so can't do anything now so pls be aware of this bogus people

Very disappointing! I hired them to clean my house that I was moving into. At first it passed the eye test since everything looked dusted properly and corners were free from debris.When I took my socks off, that’s when I noticed there was a problem with the floors. It was still sticky from past grime. I ended up mopping the floors myself; I went through an entire box of Swiffers before buying a mop to do it again. That’s how dirty it was and photo attached to give you an idea.The countertops still had crumbs left on them, top shelves of cabinets were not wiped, doors still had stains from the previous occupants. Refrigerators smells strongly of bleach, which is concerning. Had to wipe that down a few times to dilute the smell since I don’t know if this is harmful to the food I’ll feed my young children.Overall, when I paid $575 + $80 tip for a cleaning service, I expected the house to be as clean as an Airbnb. I can give them the benefit of doubt for countertop, shelves, and doors, but I just can’t overlook how dirty the floors were.The subcontractor who did the cleaning offered to come back to do it, but by that time, I had already cleaned it and lost confidence in her ability. She was very nice and communicative so nothing against her personally. I’m just very disappointed in Spiffy falling way short on their advertisement.
