Exceeded my expectations + more!!!I came to Jess knowing I wanted extensions but not knowing much about them at all. She patiently explained to me the different types and the pros/cons of each. She took time to understand what I was looking for and provided her suggestions. We went with a weft installation and I couldn't be more in love. Immediately I was already shocked at how much of a difference it made me feel & look. Jess was also so responsive to my opinions, if I wanted it slightly shorter, she really wanted me to leave a happy camper. As time went on, I only fell more in love with my extensions. Jess was so helpful in explaining upkeep with me, providing me tools to help me take care of my new hair, and always being responsive if I have any concerns. I only wish I had done this sooner!!
