Well is completely new to us. Recently, we decided to have our well tested just to make sure everything was in good standing, and I am so glad we found this company.From the beginning, Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He took the time to walk us through everything in a way that was easy to understand and explained what work truly needed to be done versus what was optional. I really appreciated that he prioritized the most important items first and never once made us feel pressured or “sold to.” It honestly felt like he genuinely cared about helping us make the best decisions for our home and family.We ended up installing a water softener along with a few other upgrades to ensure our well system was in great working order. The installation process itself was seamless. The team was at our house for a full day and could not have been more professional, respectful, and kind.What really stood out to me was the level of customer service and follow-through. After the work was completed, Erik took the time to personally walk me through everything that had been done, explained how everything worked, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Then afterward, we even received a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with how everything went.You can tell this is a business that truly takes pride in their work and values their customers. The Old Faithful Pump team led by owner Joe Nemeth provided the BEST service I’ve ever had from any provider in any field. They are AMAZING. I had an emergency situation - cracked pipe leading from my well to my house. Joe arrived very quickly and in 10 minutes diagnosed just where the crack was. It was like watching Sherlock Holmes at work. The next day it was fixed. I was charged exactly the price of the estimate (which was less than half of the price another provider floated, they said they couldn’t figure out where the crack was and wanted to replace the entire line). No upsell, no hassles, no delays - just amazing service all around. Old Faithful has my highest possible recommendation!!!

Old Faithful responded to my call to replace one water softener and wee water tank. They had given us an estimate weeks ago. In days they removed and installed both. We came home from a weekend away to discover that we had no water. I called Old Faithful upon recommendation from another well pump contractor who wasn't available for several days. Joe was able to visit within an hour of my call, and determined that our well pump died. He was able to schedule our repair for the next morning. They were tasked in repairing my well pump system that had stopped functioning properly due to aging, leaving me without water in my home for several days.. In the process of removing my old pump, parts fell down into the well pit due to deterioration and became lodged. Specialized fishing operations were required to fish out the old pump and casing debree in order to install the new pump system. Joe and his team tenaciously took to action seeking reliable services that could assist in retrieving the debree, and was successful. .
