So I give 5 stars for overall satisfaction, but a 4 in communication.I had a nursery room project with closing an entryway with drywall, widening and installing a standard sized door in the other entryway, wall and ceiling repair, paint, etc.Not only did Showcase do a great job, they returned and kept working until I was content, even the small little touch up spots that I was being picky on. They bulldogged that room until I was completely satisfied with it. Awesome work and honest people.The only negative part I experienced was some communication.When initially paying for the deposit, I was told we would be contacted by a project manager in a couple weeks. I waited about 3.5 weeks and then called them instead. They had one assigned to me within the hour. Then on the day we agreed to have him over, he didn’t show up and I called after about 4-5 hours of waiting to find out he had been in a car accident and someone else was going to take my project on. Totally fine, just would have liked to have known so I wasn’t just sitting around the house with my animals locked up.While on the job, the workers would routinely just leave the door open or cracked with below freezing temperatures outside (albeit for only like 5 minutes at a time, but still). We have animals in the house, so we just elected to keep them sequestered in a separate room to prevent escapes. Then when the workers were done for the day, they didn’t say they were leaving, they just left. So I would be upstairs wondering when I can let my dog and cat out to get water and relieve themselves. Small nitpicky thing, so I still give 5 stars overall, just would have liked there to be a more clear “we are leaving, thank you” or something.Thanks Showcase!
