UPDATE ON MY REVIEW — 2 YEARS LATER1 Star (Changed from 5 Stars)Horrible craftsmanship and cutting corners eventually show up. They make everything look perfect on day one, but bad work always catches up with you.Two years ago, Showcase Remodels rebuilt our kitchen after a flood. Initially, we were thrilled with the communication and process. However, time has revealed major structural shortcuts and substandard work:* Subflooring Failure: The subfloor they prepped/installed failed completely, causing our brand-new floor to crack and break apart.* Plumbing Band-Aids: They claimed they replaced all damaged water piping. In reality, they put a cheap "band-aid" patch on it. A year and a half later, the pipe burst in a different spot, costing us hundreds of dollars in additional repairs.These two issues were the exact reasons our kitchen flooded and needed replacement in the first place, yet they took the cheap way out on both. What looked like a seamless job initially turned out to be cover-up work that failed under normal use.I cannot recommend a company that hides poor workmanship behind a polished initial finish.

Hired Showcase to remodel our master bath and powder room. Great experience end to end. Joe was our project manager and Jose and Javier were our onsite guys. Jose especially was great to work with. He clarified every detail to make sure it was exactly how we wanted. The quality and attention to detail were top notch. We had a few change orders throughout which the company handled smoothly and at reasonable costs. We are very happy with the result and would hire them again.

We just had a bathroom remodeled at our dump Boyz HQ.Same came in with hit team and got it done in 1 day. Quick affordable and quality. We had it demoed already so he could just come in and get right to work. Highly recommend SHOWCASE!

Very cocky and arrogant demeanor. His attitude comes across as extremely self-important and unprofessional, which is not what you want from someone you’re trusting with your home.I’d much rather hire a contractor who is humble, professional, communicates respectfully, and lets the quality of his work and satisfied customers speak for themselves. Unfortunately, the overall impression here was more ego than professionalism.

Very arrogant and unprofessional, I’m looking for a remodel and you tell me about your Lamborghini and G wagon like I really care. Your videos are also extremely unprofessional with pretending someone calls you about a property that you spent $1 million on and you forget that you have it. I’ll use someone who’s more down to Earth and not all about his image and showing off.

Hector is amazing. Did an awesome job as always. Got all of the boxes & even took the trash out of the bins. He left and came back to wash and clean the entire garage plus the bins.

We used Showcase to remodel our primary bathroom and the final product is beautiful. Vinny, Craig and John were great with the installation. They were professional and answered any questions we had. They did an amazing job with the remodel.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! We contacted this company in MID-APRIL for a bathroom remodel, was told we would have a start date no later than early JULY and it has been a nightmare! The project has YET to be scheduled for a start date and no one is ever available when I call the office no matter the day or hour! This has been terrible customer service, I can't understand how they have such high reviews.*****UPDATE*****After meeting with the owner to go over all of our concerns in regards to communication, we are moving forward and faith has been restored. Another update will be provided at completion of project. It was refreshing to have a company take ownership of a situation and take quick steps to rectify.

Job well done. This was done in one long day. We picked the middle grade Stone. This came with a security grab bar, a shower rod and a Rain Forrest shower valve. Showcase gives you a Lifetime Warranty. I would highly recommend them.

First, let me say Sam is one of the greatest person you’ll ever want to meet. He’ll do anything he can to help you, explain things to you and make sure the job gets done 100%. His workers are highly skilled professionals and all perfectionist at their own skills. I would recommend them to everyone in need of a new bathroom…not going to find better and very well priced.
