Dr. Falkenberg was likewise super kind and professional and explained my care plan (since I ended up needing fillings!) in an understandable way. Getting my fillings was way less scary than I thought and pretty much painless. Dr. Falkenberg and his assistant checked in on me constantly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. In less than an hour, it was all done! Office staff is prompt, and insurance handling was a pleasant surprise, with everything already itemized and transparent before I even came in for the filling. 10/10; cannot recommend this office enough! Compassion, kindness, and excellent dental skill combined to make my visit to Dr. Falkenberg the best dental experience I have ever had in my life - and that says a lot. I am 71, have dental phobia, and "Irish teeth" - need lots of work. At my visit last week, he and his staff took time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that needed to happen in a 2.5 hour procedure. I was given a choice of types and levels of sedation and even a blanket to stay calm and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. The next day, the doctor called to check on me. I was surprised and impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Falkenberg for anyone who needs excellent dental care and especially to those like me who have fears and try to avoid the dentist as long as possible. I am happy I will now be able to keep up with my dental care by having Dr. Falkenberg look after me for many years to come. Less
