This is the 2nd time I've rented a tent, tables and chairs and once again, they were great! The tent was a lifesaver with the rainy weather and we were still able to enjoy our event. The set up and take down was quick and efficient. The communication is great leading up to the date. I definitely recommend their services!

The men who came to set up were very professional. It was set up early and exactly where we wanted it. The kids loved the bounce house and slide, especially with the water. It was taken down and cleaned up after our event was over. No complaints.

We had a good experience with this company. The biggest issue was that they arrived about 30 minutes late for our scheduled delivery and didn’t communicate the delay ahead of time, which was frustrating when we had guests arriving soon.That being said, once the waterslide was set up, it was a huge hit! Both the kids and adults had an amazing time. The slide was clean, fun, and exactly what we were hoping for.I appreciated that the company took responsibility for the delay. They apologized sincerely and offered us a discount on our next rental, which showed they cared about making things right.I would rent from them again because of the quality of the inflatable and their willingness/integrity to resolve the issue we had.

Everything was super easy.Booking online. Text communication.We actually weren’t home when the unit and tables and chairs were being delivered so I sent a picture of where stuff could be dropped, and it all worked out beautifully.Pricey, but the unit was brand new (or at least maintain like it was) and the ease of the whole operation made it worth it.

Excellent service! Answered all of my questions! The kids loved the bounce house/slide!! The snow cone maker was also a hit! I have used them for the past few years and I will definitely use their service in the future!
