Stop searching for a realtor team.....Enriched Homes is the ONLY team you need to hire !!!What started this all for us was Rich's Youtube channel (@lifestyleintucsonarizona) when doing some research for Tucson AZ. His personality just seemed to click with ours and he came across for us at least as one of the best listing agents on the market. Luckily for us we were able to set up a zoom call. Within that very first call with Rich and Sam, we knew they would be who we wanted as our realtor agents. We had confidence in knowing they were professional and hard working in their approach to our unique situation. I currently travel for work in the US, but my primary residence for many years was Canada. My wife still resides there. So for us, knowing we needed someone who could work with us without meeting in person could be a challenge as things progressed along.We worked closely with Sam who completely understood our vision for our forever home. She went above and beyond for us. She's hardworking, caring, a straight shooter with some fight....... She just "got it" . (I the "wife" am very detail oriented and in knowing that I could actually trust Sam was a big thing for me.) Sam made us the "buyer" a priority. Our interests were her interests.
