I go for the Hyperbaric oxygen Therapy HBOT excellent facility. The machine is brand new with a luxury feel. They provide your own sterile mask for the optional extra Oxygen perk. I explained my goals and they listened with respect and kindness. I feel so relaxed. It looks small but it is roomy enough for two. The seats recline which is perfect for a nappy nap while you are under pressure. No phones inside so bring a book or borrow one of theirs! Great experience highly recommend.

It’s a true healing center …combining advanced therapies with genuine, compassionate care.They went above and beyond to support my elderly parents with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, even accommodating mobility challenges so they could comfortably receive treatment together. That level of dedication is rare.We also discovered additional therapies here that are already proving to be incredibly promising for chronic back pain, which has been a game changer.As I write this, my parents are relaxed, supported, and actively healing!!! ...and that peace of mind is everything.Highly recommend to anyone seeking real, whole-body healing.

My son has been a patient at Active PT for over a year now, with a focus on keeping his arm/shoulder healthy for baseball. Christian and his team have been an incredible support and asset to maintaining my son’s health and allowing him to be at his best year round. Most recently, my son had a medical emergency that required surgery. The doctor told him he would be unable to play baseball for 6-8 weeks while recovering to ensure he heals fully. Two days after surgery, my son started a 10-day consecutive hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment, and at his 2 week post-op appointment, the doctor was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly he healed, and ultimately released him to play again. Christian and his team have established a program for my son that with consistent work, allows him to continue competing at a high level week in and week out. We are extremely grateful to have Active PT - to Christian, Lora, and every staff member there - for their support, knowledge and guidance in our health journey!

Eric exceeded my expectations! He is an excellent PT and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him. He took the time to get to know me and what my goals were, which helped him develop a customized a plan. I came in disheartened with chronic pain in my leg from running that despite my efforts was unrelenting for months. I wanted help so I could continue training for races I wanted to run along with other outdoor activities. Eric worked with me one-on-one the entirety of each PT session and I learned so much from him EVERY time. He worked on my mobility, strength and running form! He packed in so much in each session. He recorded the exercises I needed to do, so I could go back and look at them for reference while trainging at home and would modify what I needed to do as I improved. He took the time to develop a much needed running schedule designed around my goals while working around the overuse pains he was helping me tackle. Eric was patient, kind, fun and professional. He was so knowledgeable and not just a superb PT, but teacher as well. He was able to figure out what was wrong, corrected it and then taught me what to do. I am now running pain free!! Active PT has excellent judgement in how to treat their patients and hiring top-notch professionals. 5 stars it not enough to rate this business. Redding is very lucky to have Eric, Christian, and the rest of the professionals at Active PT, who help keep adults active, pursuing their dreams and doing what they love.

Completed 10 sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy at Active Physical Therapy. My right shoulder, hand, and arm joint pain dropped from a 10 to barely 1-2. Sleep improved dramatically and now I’m worried about regressing without more sessions! One other awesome benefit was each treatment instantly calmed my nervous system, leaving me deeply relaxed like after a great massage. I had heard and read so much about the benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and I am so glad my husband and I both did it. Highly, highly recommend this innovative approach!

The facility is modern, spacious, and conveniently located with parking, and they have state of the art equipment. I first saw Christian years ago for back pain that was shooting into my leg, and thanks to the work we did and exercises he gave me the pain hasn't returned. I came back for a shoulder injury, and I've gone from being in constant pain to feeling almost no pain in 4 treatments, and now I am able to strengthen my shoulder. 100% recommend.

I've tried many PT places throughout my life and Active Physical Therapy really stands out in a different positive way. The staff connects to you and your life in a personal aspect to focus on your goals in a meaningful way that really relates to your future well being and what you want to see for your self. I enjoy the one on one sessions with a PT who works with you the entire time and how they film your exercises and movements that are used for reference on their health app to help you with your goals.
