I originally came along just for a coffee! A friend invited me to a “bring a friend” session, mainly so we could catch up afterwards. Walking in for the first time felt a bit daunting, but Dan greeted me straight away and made me feel welcome. There was no awkward waiting around – the staff really looked out for me.That first visit led to a couple of free “come and try it” sessions, then a month’s trial, and eventually full membership. Fast forward to numerous 6am sessions (other times are available!) and I’m stronger, have more energy, and still manage a 10-hour day working in the NHS afterwards. For me the early starts are worth it and fit around family life.Every session has a qualified PT, is fully structured, and you get personal coaching throughout – so you’re never left wondering what to do. The other members are a friendly bunch, and there’s so much more here than just gym sessions.So, if you think you’re too busy to look after yourself this year, don’t come here… because they’ll show you otherwise! Honestly, you won’t regret it – you’ll feel more energised, stronger, and maybe need a few more holes in your belt.
