I work at a children's camp and retreat center, and one day this past week, we suddenly smelled natural gas coming from our furnace room. They came out that evening (after normal business hours) and assessed the problem quickly and devised a plan. They came back the next morning and solved what turned out to be a rather complex problem. Jake and Cody, the two technicians, were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and creative. Highly recommend if you're in need of repairs! I went through numerous hvac companies for my restaurant before I found JF Jacobs. They are over an hour away and still make time for us every time we need them. They're quick, professional, do great work, and are responsive even outside of business hours.
