I had a wonderful experience here. I worked with Helen, and she provided my pedicure with such detailed and thoughtful care. I don’t always enjoy the process of getting my nails done, even though I love having them done afterward. But coming here was a completely different experience — I genuinely enjoyed the process itself. Helen made the experience relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable from start to finish.

I have been coming here for years now and have always been met with respect and care. The service is always superb. The technicians that work with me are always amazing, but I had a later appointment today, closer to closing and I felt pushed out. I was rushed to pay before my services were even complete as they continued to bring in more clients. The salon itself was very warm making the vibe less relaxing. I loved my nails as Andy1 always does an amazing job and Michelle1 always makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed. But feeling rushed and comfortable in the setting was a bit upsetting today.

I requested a polish removal and Hard gel over my natural nails. Service was great 5/5. Ricky did my nails, did a fantastic job with the nail drill/file, I’m particularly about that.

I originally came in for a specific service, but when it wasn’t coming out right, I asked to switch to simple gel color over acrylic. Unfortunately, the final result was still not done well. The shape is uneven, with noticeable lumpiness, a flat apex, and bulky tips. The gel was also applied into the sidewalls and skin which has caused discomfort/pain.I really wanted to give this salon a chance, but the lack of attention to detail and overall cleanliness made this a disappointing experience.

Went there to get a pedicure with my friend. The wait was long and once a chair opened up they only brought one of us back there. Even when another chair became available they took the customer (twice) that came after me and my friend. My friend was totally skipped and we were not able to get our pedicures done together.I also got french tips and was never told about the extra $20 charge up front. Neither the menu or the nail technician told me the charge of front until I paid.

Lyn and Andy2 were amazing! Lyn did my pedicure and was very gentle and thorough, it turned out really nice and relaxing. Andy2 did my nails and replicated the design exactly like the picture I showed him. Both of them are accommodated my requests and made the whole experience very comfortable. The service overall was great. I would come back again!

Andy 2 and Michelle 1 have been taking care of me since the first visit and they are always very nice and do an amazing job.They have always been able to accommodate the day and time that I need. First time coming and I’m disappointed, I came here because I saw a lot of good reviews but honestly this is not what I asked for, I told the guy it was fine because I was completely over it but it’s nothing to what I asked for. He started the pinky with dots like leopard then did whatever he wanted which was zebra. Asked for squares and these are super wide & look more like duck nails. I wish I could’ve had a better first experience but design wise and shape nothing was good

I came here for a mani/pedi and I’m really disappointed with my experience here, mainly due to the lack of communication and the price I was charged.I specifically told both the receptionist and the nail artist that I wanted acrylic nails. Instead, the guy glued on full-cover tips and painted them —which was never explained to me or confirmed before starting. When I realized and spoke up, he said he asked and I agreed which I didn't. I immediately told him I wanted acrylics right when he sat down next to me. If full cover painted nails is what I wanted, I 100% would have done that at home myself with my own product. However, after having a baby it’s difficult for me to do my own nails which is why I've been going to get them done. The guy already had 2 nails glued on and starting the 3rd when I noticed so I felt it was too late to complain and my fault for not paying attention. I was more focused on showing the lady who did my pedi the design I wanted and going back and forth with her on color scheme and trying to convince her that I didn't want rhinestones. I feel like the guy knows he messed up because when I stood in line to pay, he was standing by the front desk watching me the whole time, but once I told the receptionist I wanted to leave a tip, he walked away. I wouldn't deprive him of his tip because he still did the work but I know he knows that I wasn't happy. When I complained about it to my coworkers, they said it sounds like he gave me Gel-X nails. I never had Gel-X and after googling it, I would agree with my coworkers. After looking at the menu on their website, I see it costs more than acrylic.The pedi service was fine. I requested the $50 mint spa. The lady was friendly.When I paid, I saw on their iPad that the price went from $142 down to $127 then a final charge of $196 — ($230 after tip) which was odd that the price fluctuated. I also saw that I was charged $25 for a “deep” French tip, and these are definitely not deep. If anything, they’re classic French.Overall, this was not worth the price and the service didn’t match what I requested. I won’t be returning to this specific location. The location in San Bernardino has NEVER charged me this much even with more design and rhinestone.

I believe I have been coming to this salon a little over a year. At first I didn’t mind which nail artist I would get but personally after a few visits there was one artist that I wanted to stay going to. Star is by far amazing! As her client I’ve always had a great laugh with her and lovvvvve her work. Her service deserves more stars.I’ve never had a bad experience coming to this business and have always felt welcomed and heard.

Had the illuminare polish done NYE. Went back a few wks later to get them off. Someone else did my pedicure but Andy 1 did my mani with no polish. Now I'm dealing with a fungal infection on all my fingernails which has been a nightmare. His tools were probably contaminated. I have since gotten a pedi from somewhere else and my toes are fine so I know it's Andy 1. Don't trust this salon anymore. Not hygienic.Update 3/24/26: I see that the original response from the owner "edited" their response 4 days ago (after I submitted photos and receipts) saying they want to make it right by paying any medical expenses incurred by this fungal infection to my nails. They have since deleted that portion of the response and are failing to follow through on making this right. What a shame. Lack of integrity makes this salon and chain even more unreliable in their reputation to take accountability for the harm they caused. Who knows how many others have also been infected.

I used to love coming here, but unfortunately, I won't be coming here anymore. My sister and I went here to get our nails done for my birthday and this girl named Lisa who helped me was very pushy, rude, and disrespectful to me and she had a really bad attitude. She kept insisting that I get gel and foot scrub, I kept saying no thank you, and she kept asking me. She was getting mad at me for not saying yes to her offers. I told her i just wanted a basic pedi-mani. She was also not doing what I was requesting with color and other services. She cut me on one of my little right foot toes and made me bleed. Towards the end I told her that I just wanted to leave already because she made me feel so uncomfortable. I didn't even allow her to finish, because towards the end it seemed like she was purposely making me wait for like 20 minutes long or longer, while she and another coworker were laughing with merks on their faces, and looking at magazines. So I told her I was leaving. I let the front receptionist know before we left, and someone texted me to apologize. I accepted the apology of course, but I rather not go there again.

I am so disappointed and I’ve rarely had such a bad experience with gel. They’re cracking at one week and I don’t use my hands for work. The person working with me kept trying to push more services as they started to do them. So you have to be careful to say no before they can get too far. There will be no hand massage (I’m talking the normal 20-40 second one) with a gel manicure here-everything will be nickel and dimed AND you will still spend $50 for the service (if you still feel the need to tip, which I can’t not do). Please choose another salon-you have options.
