The pedicure I thought was fine, but woke up the next morning with the side of my toe red, swollen, and painful. Most likely a bacterial infection from poor sanitation. It hurts to walk on, and is less than ideal when I am going to walking on it all day in heels for my wedding. This was $120 for the cheapest pedicure and a full acrylic set. I feel like I wasted my money and they did not set me up for success for my wedding day. Just hope my toe doesn’t get worse so I don’t have to go to urgent care morning of my wedding.Also just an FYI, they do the mani and pedi at the same time, so it is not relaxing whatsoever as you are crossing your arm over the whole time and trying to keep still and balance the curing lamp on your lap. Today I decided to try the Redlands location. Since it’s a little closer to my house. The location was easy to find. Clean location. I was checked in and walked back right away. I didn’t have an appointment but that was nice there was no wait considering it’s Friday afternoon. I sit down and was help by Star. She proceeded to ask me what kind of pedi I wanted. I was recommended the #2 that came with callus remover. I decided to take it since I was treating myself to a long week at work. We began well, nothing out of the usual. She then starts shoving my foot into the pedi tub. I thought maybe she didn’t think I was listening since I was on my phone. Back and forth kept shoving my feet in and out with a little too much force. I didn’t think she needed to be this rough leading my feet in and out of the tub. Then the cuticle pusher came and the trimming. She decided to really trim my cuticles in a somewhat aggressiveness to each toe. She gets though almost all until she he cuts my toe. I lifted my foot a bit up as a reaction. That really hurt! She said she was sorry but then proceeded to douse the cut in cuticle remover. I’m not sure how safe putting a chemical on a cut like that. However pedicure proceeds. We reached to my favorite part which only lasted her placing the oranges with the scrub on my legs, spreading the scrub and squeezing the orange juice on it and leave it alone. No scrubbing. I am pretty disappointed since this was my favorite part and only got the bare minimum. She was nice just a little too rough. I payed $50 was it worth it? Not really. Will I come back here? No I won’t return. I know this job takes time and I appreciate that and it’s labor but I don’t think it’s worth it. Sadly I’m disappointed. I just wanted to leave. I didn’t want to give her any more time. Even though I felt like she didn’t file the nails straight. I don’t really wanna have one shaped like a Dorito. But that’s what I got I guess. **UPATE 11/11/24** After my experience, The salon owner Robbie reached out and helped resolve the situation. He offered to have the service redone to my satisfaction and the woman who helped me was wonderful! Her name is Ann and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. I appreciate the service she did for me. My pedicure was upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Ann took her time and was such a joy. Thank you again for listening to my concerns. The manicurist did a French manicure on me, at my request which chipped by the next day. I ended up removing the polish the following morning. I paid $55 for the manicure and $45 for the pedicure. The pedicure was a terrible waste of money. I would not recommend doing a group trip here. It is chaotic and rushed. Not at all relaxing as I had hoped. I would have gone back to have my manicure fixed, but we live in Texas and left right after the wedding, which was the day I took off the polish. Less

Left this location not very long ago and I had a very poor experience. I did not catch the name of my manicurist, but my experience started off by being asked if I am currently pregnant due to the dress I was wearing. I am not. My experience only went down for this point, as during my manicure I noticed that my index finger on my left hand was bleeding. I came in with a previous gel manicure and was needing a new one. During the gel removal, the technician filed down into my nail bed, causing it to bleed. I was definitely feeling uncomfortable during the file, but I hadn’t experienced pain yet and only noticed when I pulled my hand away from the technician. She did not point it out to me that my nail was damaged. I did not continue with the rest of the manicure from this point and only asked for my nails to be trimmed. The rest of my nails are also paper thin. When it came down to payment, the salon wanted me to pay for the manicure still. I politely asked if I could only pay for my pedicure. The gentlemen helping me was kind enough to grant me that. My pedicure experience was very good. I would not recommend this location or chain of nail salons. Less

Then she whipped out the gel uv light thing and I told her AGAIN that I didn't want gel, and she was like "oh, I forgot" 🙄 Her attitude completely changed and I had to ask for a second coat and a top coat. You know, the parts of every single manicure ever? The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet, but she cut me 3 different times, one of which was pretty painful. And I asked her not to put alcohol or acetone on that spot because it hurt, but in the duration of the rest of the pedicure she ran a literal lemon slice across my foot, and forgot to not use alcohol and used it two different times. Oh, and my pinky toenail split a few hours after I left the salon, which is obviously a ton of fun. Yeah just. Don't. Go literally anywhere else. Less

The gel x manicure turned out to be, as mentioned, thinner and unreliable for a wedding. The manicure didn’t even last a day and we were far from redlands at this point to get them fixed. We didn’t want to risk having all 10 nails fall off right before the big day since it was already falling apart so we had to spend more time getting her nails done somewhere else. Another nail salon saved the day as the nail tech mentioned how much glue was underneath the mail from the gel x and how poorly it was done especially knowing it was nails for a wedding, not for a casual occasion. The sad part was that this company failed to have any empathy or some sort of compensation for the unreliable set done for the wedding. They denied at least a partial refund and kept saying that we can’t get a hold of their “higher ups”. We lost a lot of time just having to do nails twice for this wedding alongside other things we had to do that weekend. 1 star for the poor manicure to start off as well as the employees and management who failed to provide customer service or satisfaction. At some point, the older lady doing my manicure had to stop and take over for the younger girl doing my pedicure, so the older lady basically did both my mani and pedi, which meant time wasted. The younger girl comes back to polish my nails in which the polish wasn't smooth on the big toe and wasn't neatly done (it was noticeable). The younger girl tried to fix it, but because it was gel, it had dried and was stiff. Their $45 gel pedicure didn't even include callous removal. I've been to way cheaper places that did a much better job and included callous removal (I'll be returning to my usual nail salon). After all was said and done, I had to pay more than $100, and none of my nails were fake (no acrylics added). Not worth it. Less

Paid the full $45 for a gel manicure. My nails were literally soaked in water for less than 30 seconds before she started attacking them furiously with the cuticle remover clippers. Jenny was wonderful! I love how she did my dips. Thin, short and beautiful!! She was kind, easy to talk to and it didn’t hurt. Every other salon has always hurt me so I was pleasantly surprised to have no pain. She did beautiful flowers on my ring fingers. Will definitely go back!!! I went in on 5/12/2023 for a pedi. I paid $65 and my foot look worst then when I went in. The nail polish is absolutely horrible. So many spots they missed. Very on even color. I have dead skin all around my toes. I am just absolutely very upset with the service I got from the nail place. I went before in March 2023, and had a wonderful experience. But not today.... More
