The vibe is very welcoming. My trainer, Henry Wong, is exemplary of this approach. He’s a terrific guy and an exceptional trainer who knows how to coax the best out of a client.The selection and quality of the equipment is excellent. Staff are helpful but unobtrusive. The operation is run for the convenience of the members and the equipment and the premises are kept spotlessly clean.

I joined this gym about 3 months ago and I really appreciate how much safer, cleaner and not chaotic it is in comparison to other gyms!I took some personal training sessions with the PT Henry to learn more on what I can do to train when I started, especially because I have a lot of injuries. Henry is very patient and flexible in modifying some of the training for me to achieve the same goal despite my injuries. If you hesitate on which trainer to choose, Henry is a solid choice to start with.Highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to support a good local business.
