The Everdry team is great. We had our system put in about 30 years ago now. We have not had any issues since then. We live in Alpine Township and have heavy clay for soil it holds water and doesnt drain well. The Everdry system keeps our basement dry all year long.They have stood by their warranty this whole time. Even when we hired another company to put in an egress and they didn't tie into the tile correctly, Ever dry stepped in and fixed it at no charge. I would recommend this team over other systems everytime.

We purchased our house with an Everdry sump pump system installed and under warranty, which was easily transferred to our name. Our system has worked perfectly for our first few years of living here, and Everdry has been very pleasant to work with when we had them out to inspect the system for us as new owners. Everdry's excellent lifetime warranty and customer service gives us peace of mind and really feels like value added to our home.

A company that backs there warranties is hard to find ,but this one does just that. And its transferable to the next ower. The crew that installed 3 sump pumps, two dehumidifier, dug out around my basement, filled all cracks, and straightened walls was amazing. I have waited some time before writing this review, almost 6 years I believe. Today I called them because pump was sticking and like every time I've called they were out the same day changing it. "A REAL WARRANTY" who would have thought 🤔. One surprise i learned today was the owner's answer the phone as well. Thank you Rob and all the people who work for you. This is an amazing company and the work that was done years ago is still perfect.

Everdry EvaluationSeptember 26, 2025We contacted Everdry Waterproofing for perceived concerns we had with our basement foundation. Kelby arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of his evaluation / inspection and that he would present his recommendations along with cost estimates for each.He took inventory of our past concerns and actions. He then a conducted thorough review of our basement, crawl space, foundation, outside brick bowing issues, beams, sill plate, wall bracing for problems. Throughout this evaluation process, he was friendly, professional, helpful and took the time to explain what he was doing and looking for and his findings.After the inspection/evaluation, he explained that we didn’t have major problems with our foundation and waterproofing. He set our minds at ease by completing an honest and thorough investigation. He addressed all our concerns and after his visit our anxiety and worry was negated – saving us much time and unnecessary expense.Based on his interactions with us, we certainly understand how the BBB awarded his company the Torch Award for Ethics. I cannot say enough about my Everdry Mult-Step System. The Everdry company has been with our house and was a real asset when we purchased our home over seven years ago. When we first moved into our home, we wanted to install an escape window, and we had Everdry do the work. They have always been there for us, and when needed, they came with fast, courteous service. I highly recommend them if you want a dry basement; these are the people to call.

Update::::I had a call from a representative and they came out less than an hour after the initial phone call. I do appreciate the apology and explanation of what the system does. And appreciate the next steps in the process.I have been waiting over 24 hours for a call back to schedule an appointment for help with water issues. I have called 4 times and spoke with 3-4 different people answering the call, but I am still waiting on one person to schedule. They need to have more than one person in service. Definitely did not receive an apology from anyone answering the phone.
