I joined SWAMA to learn self-defense techniques and to get fit. This is my first time trying both, martial arts and high intensity workouts, and I'm so happy I decided to do this for myself. The instructors are all amazing and the classes are beginner-friendly. There was never a moment where I felt intimidated as a beginner. The days I attend classes are the highlight of my week!
