First tech was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He assessed the situation and immediately knew that a part needed to be replaced. He replaced the part and the temperature in my home started to decrease after a few minutes but eventually stopped after he left. Went another night with no air but another tech came out the next day and didn’t leave until it was fixed. Even worked in the rain. Now we are back working without interruptions.

Great company!This post is on 7/6/26I stand by my previous post plus want to add that my air went out and I called Mr. Thomas with Cozy D and they came out the same day, which was a life saver because the heat has been hitting 100, but feeling like 120. Was very pleased with the service I received from Cozy-D. Adrian and his helper arrived on time and went to work checking my aged AC. They determined it needed Freon. They provided that and then waited to make sure the system was working well before they left. My system has been working fine again since! I would definitely recommend them!

I needed of a complete HVAC install, and I wanted at least three bids. So, I called Mr. Deason of Cozy-D Heating & Air. I did so because I had used him and his guys approximately three times before. It turned out that their bid was by far the best in price and it was detailed. So, it only made sense for me to choose Cozy-D Heating & Air. They were always impressive, starting with Krystal, the office scheduler. They were always professional, on time, and they notified you of the person coming. Even more, they were knowledgeable, did great work in a timely manner, and their prices seemed fair. I truly appreciate Cozy-D Heating and Air for being understanding and scheduling the project a day after being notified thier bid won. I especially want to THANK the guys for completing what was not a usual install, in one day, by thinking outside of the box. It was a job well done! I'd also like to give a special THANKS to Krystal (Office Mgr./Scheduler) for being very understanding and comforting to me. Thank you Cozy-D Heating and Air!!!
