Having been without A/C since 6-5 and being given differing trouble issues and far out repair times, I was referred to Cozy-D by my daughter who is a satisfied customer. I was most appreciative of the quick diagnostic appointment time. When Andrew and Monty arrived within the arranged time frame. Both men were courteous, professional, thorough, polite and empathetic. As they assessed the issues with the thermostat and outside unit, they explained in less technical terms what was happening and not happening with the A/C. Since it was a problem solving scenario, they covered what systems and parts may be needed to get the A/C working. They did a more thorough diagnosis that the 2 other repair companies that had been out. My husband and myself that they were honest with their assessment of what was really needed and not overcharging us. I was also promptly sent estimates of the various options to fix the A/C. Andrew and Monty have come back today to continue the step by step process of repair.Andrew and Monty changed out the wiring under the house and to the outside unit. They insulated the wiring. They also put in a new circuit board. They explained what they were doing all throughout the house call. They were able to get me some air by bypassing part of the computerized system. Still some work to be done, but they are so focused and determined to find solutions to fixing my A/C. I feel confidant that they will get my A/C working like new.With all of the issues that have come up that required creating alternatives to get my A/C working, the tech , Andrew, has been very empathetic, cool-headed, mild tempered and mindful of costs. When discussing our issues with the owner about our A/C, both are very knowledgeable and truly work together to provide the best solutions for service. They also thoroughly do research about the system and how it works so that they canfix it properly. Although more work is to be done, I really feel confidant that my A/C will be working soon.7-1 As agreed, the 3 techs arrived on-time. They were courteous and friendly as usual. They worked efficiently and were very knowledgeable and determined to get me A/C today.They were very respectful to us and of our property. Mr. Deason, owner, stayed very involved and that was appreciated .I feel that the charges were reasonable. The office staff also have excellent customer service skills, and most of all, everybody does what they agreed to do. I have air at this time!!!!!!!Joshua came out today (7-16) to do my annual maintenance on my A/C. He was very pleasant. courteous, respectful, efficient and professional. He explained what he would be doing during his visit. As usual, he and every employee that I have interacted with have grade A+ customer service skills. Thank You!!!!!!!!The tech, Joshua, came out today (11-7) to do my annual maintenance on my heating unit. As usual, he was very pleasant, courteous, respectful, efficient, and professional. He explained what he had done during his visit. He explained everything in a way that I would understand what was done to the system. He did turn the system on and off as part of the maintenance check. He was kind enough to change the filter that we provided.As usual. he and every employee that I have interacted with have grade A+ customer service skills. Thank You!!!!!!!3-14-25 The techs came out today before 12p and did the maintenance check-up on the A/C. As usual they were pleasant, courteous, efficient and respectful to me. I am very impressed with the company and all of their employees.10-17 Once again, Cozy-D came out today to do the winter check-up on the furnance at my rent house. The techs were courteous, professional, and efficient. The appointment was met as scheduled. Cozy-D makes me feel that I am getting quality service and that I am appreciated as a customer.
