I had an amazing experience working with Hi LOW Roofing Company, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them.From the very beginning, I was assigned a roofer named Larry Sanders and he completely changed what I expected this process to feel like. He showed up on time for every meeting, was always transparent, and took the time to really explain everything in a way that made sense. There was never a moment where I felt confused or pressured. Instead of feeling like just another customer, he made me feel like a friend he genuinely wanted to help.What really stood out to me was how much he cared. Even while he was on vacation, Larry still made himself available to answer my questions while the project was in progress. That level of dedication is rare, and it meant a lot knowing I could count on him no matter what. He didn’t have to, but yet he did.From start to finish, he made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had concerns, he addressed them right away and always found a way to put me at ease. If you need a roof this is the company to call! I was referred to them by a friend and I can’t thank them enough. From the first call, meeting with Tony was an amazing experience. The office made sure I was in the loop with what to expect, and Tony made sure to keep me in the loop with everything that was happening with the team and work. Tony made it a point to stop by throughout the whole process and make sure things were going smoothly. I was not caught off guard at any point throughout this process which is saying a lot if you have ever gone through a major house project. If you need a roof use Hi Low and ask for Tony and Jeff, you will not be disappointed!

This is my first time ever writing a review for a company ever. Bought a house recently and have unfortunately been finding additional costs didn’t budget for. So glad that Tony and the Hi Low workers were so wonderful to work with. They came out same day to look at my issue and gave me a great price. They came out next day and removed broken window and re stuccoed side of my house and did a great job. Not only did they repair the stucco but Guillermo who did the work also cleaned up some of my lawn for me. We’re so wonderful I am working with Tony and them again on getting a fence done. I highly recommended them for any work you need done.
