I was on vacation when I ordered a flower girl dress on July 6 2023 for a wedding on August 12 2023 and when I called to see where the dress was at and I was told they mailed it and when I didn't receive it I called back and I was told it was mailed the day before the wedding. So I called back 3 times and no one answered. So I texted them and they said the UPS had shipped it. So today is Tuesday August 15 2023 and I still haven't received it yet and I was told it takes 3 days for me to receive the dress. I texted and I haven't heard back from them. So if anyone go to Nashville Tennessee please don't go to this boutique. They do not stand by their word. So I paid $110 for a dress I might not get. I give them a negative 0 for a rating. I just want everyone to know about these people

If I could leave a negative number I would. We ordered a red dress, the color is even stated on the receipt. Unfortunately, when we picked up the prom dress is was a disgusting yellow color. We asked for the owner to make the issue right and she wouldn’t even take off a percentage of the amount. They never called to inform us that they didn’t have the correct color at all. NEVER SHOP HERE. I paid $320 in cash for a dress that looks $50 at best, and the WRONG COLOR
