Ben was super helpful when my neighbours pipes were impacted by tree roots and then a few months later, ours. He located all of our underground pipes, sent cameras in to see what was happening and gave clear and helpful advice and instruction- and removed the blockage! He then helped us prepare the pipes in our back yard for some ground works and future landscaping by bringing the caps to the correct height and accessing the mains. He made me a new drawing of our pipes which has been helpful for the landscapers. Old houses are beautiful but can be a challenge- so thank you Ben for helping us to keep it simple!
