I used Lansing Moving Pros for an apartment move today and everything was amazing. I had Casey and Jamarius today and they were exceptionally professional, to a point it felt like they were taking better care of my items than I was during this move. Considering I’ve never used a moving company that was amazing to have. On top of that they had very transparent pricing and that made me feel more comfortable as well. Casey and Jamarius even got the job done faster than the estimate. And I loved that they wrote out the estimate based on what I had versus other companies who were locking me into higher prices for being in a larger apartment that was not super full. All in all amazing experience and will definitely recommend this company to friends in the area who are moving, as this was the easiest move I’ve done thanks to Lansing Moving Pros.

Jamarius and Casey did an amazing job unloading my moving truck and bringing everything up to my apartment. They were both really nice, professional, and easy to work with. They handled everything carefully, and there was no damage to any of my belongings. They even helped put together some of my furniture, which was a huge help. They got the entire job done within the time they estimated and made the whole moving process so much easier. I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve never used moving services previously due to high costs, but I had to look into one recently as I had to move alone.I submitted estimate requests to several companies, and Ian at LMP was the first to respond to my request. They were quite reasonable with their pricing (no hidden fees) and also made me comfortable in taking time to consider other options as well.Thomas and Brady moved my things from a storage unit to my apartment. All of my things were safe and secure, and the job finished in less than 2 hours. Both were incredibly personable and friendly, and had great teamwork to orient luggage securely and quickly.LMP certainly set the bar high for future moving services — fast, high-quality, and friendly service. I hired Lansing Moving Pros for a move last Saturday. Casey, Omar, & Adam came with a 26' truck. They got the job done in the time they estimated, it was a fair price (about 1/3 the price of other quotes I received!!!), and they treated all my stuff with care. No damage to my stuff, everything made it, and overall, it was a great experience. On top of that, while all three were professional, they all had a good sense of humour and were fun and easy to talk to and work with. I HIGHLY recommend this crew and Lansing Moving Pros.

The two young men showed up on time and were very polite. They wrapped and taped all the delicate things, were very careful packing everything into the truck, and delivered it all and put it in place without wasting any time. Kudos especially for how well they got the washer and dryer downstairs into the basement. No damage anywhere to anything, not to the furniture nor to the walls or floors of either house. All very professionally done. Overall, we had a great experience with them. 5 stars.

The thing that stood out the most to me was the care they took with our items. Every item was wrapped and cared for as if it was their own. This company is AMAZING!!! I needed a dresser moved up a flight of stairs at 7pm on a Friday, and I couldn’t do it myself.
