I have some time tonight so here it goes...I can't say enough good things about this plumbing company! When I called with my initial problem, they were prompt and professional from the start.What really stood out was their refreshing approach to business - NO high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever! If you've ever had a plumbing emergency, you know how some companies swoop in like vultures, trying to upsell you on unnecessary work when you're already stressed. Not these folks!They clearly explained the issue, presented fair options, and let ME make the decision. I actually ended up asking them to handle additional work beyond my initial call, and they took it all in stride. Everything was completed within the agreed timeframe, no surprises on the bill, and the quality of work was excellent.In a world where emergency home services often feel like dealing with used car salesmen, this company is a breath of fresh air. I called a friend of mine, in search of some guideness, and was referred to Patch Plumbing. I spoke to Klye over the phone, very friendly an informative. He was patient with me as l asked him all of my questions. He told me he had the best prices in San Diego and would even price match! Less than an hour later Kyle & Ehsan arrived at my flooded home, after they found the problem they walked me through what needed to be done. They were even able to use my Insurance! Very immpressed.
