Completely unprofessional — avoid at all costs. Dealing with Kyle was beyond frustrating. Every time I asked about the leak or for a simple report, he dodged responsibility, saying he wasn’t there when it happened — yet he clearly did repairs in my neighbor’s unit and wouldn’t even tell me what he fixed.Instead of providing answers, he stonewalled me, acted like he didn’t know what was going on, and left me completely in the dark. When you’re already dealing with water damage and insurance stress, the last thing you need is a plumber who refuses to be transparent.

On Easter Sunday, I noticed my bathtub filling up with backed up water from the kitchen sink. Kyle came by right away, despite it not only being a Sunday - but Easter Sunday at that. We initially thought that it would simply be a matter of snaking the bathtub, but it turned out to be a much bigger job. Kyle had to take apart the bathroom sink and then go through the drywall underneath the kitchen sink. As if that wasn't enough to ask of him, he basically had to mirror all of the work he did in my apartment in the apartment of my downstairs neolighbors (because gravity causes our clogs to become their clogs). We have *extremely* old plumbing, and Kyle was super mindful and patient with our setup.Kyle was not only expedient in taking on this gnarly untimely job, but he was so kind and willing to get to the root of the issue. I immediately noticed his calm, safe energy when he came by (which is definitely appreciated as a single mother). I would encourage anyone looking for a plumber to reach out to Kyle - he is honest, thorough, and affordable.

When I called with my initial problem, they were prompt and professional from the start.What really stood out was their refreshing approach to business - NO high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever! If you've ever had a plumbing emergency, you know how some companies swoop in like vultures, trying to upsell you on unnecessary work when you're already stressed. Not these folks!They clearly explained the issue, presented fair options, and let ME make the decision. I actually ended up asking them to handle additional work beyond my initial call, and they took it all in stride. I seldomly write reviews, but after my exceptional service with Patch Plumbing, I felt the need to compliment these guys!After waking up to my condo completely flooded, a million thoughts poped into my head... Who should I contact? What if I get ripped off? How much wiil this cost me $$$???This was the first time dealing with such an extreme pulmbing situation, having almost zero knowledge, I was apprehensive. I called a friend of mine, in search of some guideness, and was referred to Patch Plumbing. I spoke to Klye over the phone, very friendly an informative. He was patient with me as l asked him all of my questions. He told me he had the best prices in San Diego and would even price match! Less than an hour later Kyle & Ehsan arrived at my flooded home, after they found the problem they walked me through what needed to be done. They were even able to use my Insurance! Very immpressed.
