I visit AZ very often from MN for several years now, and I make a point to include HB in my diet regimen many days a week post hikes/trail runs because the variety of delicious flavors and nutrition provided is key to my recovery. All the staff is amazing and helpful and the owner, Daniel, really cares about you and your experience as well as his staff <3. He is a wealth of knowledge and practices what he preaches. I highly recommend stopping at this Gem! You will not be disappointed. Be sure and check out the secret menu options while there. There's so many options. There are also energy protein balls to compliment your shake 🍪

I’ve been coming to HB Welness for years! Love their shakes, big energy teas and all the people that work there! It’s made such a difference in my busy days to have somewhere to get a healthy quick meal! Can’t recommend them enough!

Such an unexpected blessing to stumble upon this place. Daniel, the owner, has built a phenomenal team. You feel like a regular even when you’re just passing through. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and kind, not just “good service” kind but remember-you-and-care kind.And the protein shakes — oh my lanta! they are incredible. I don’t love sweet things but I do love caffeine, but my husband doesn’t like caffeine and likes sweeter things. We both find awesome flavors to try each time. Easily the best shake I’ve had (very clearly made with quality ingredients). You can just tell this is a place run with real care.If you’re anywhere nearby, test it out. Great people, great energy, and amazing shakes. We come back every time we’re in town.
