Recently found this gem when looking for healthy smoothie options! Got the chance to chat with the owner Daniel who is a super cool guy and very friendly/personable. The atmosphere was really nice and perfect for catch ups, reading/journaling, taking clients, etc.! I went with a friend yesterday and enjoyed the service, speed, and quality/taste that I went again this morning. Tons of flavors to choose from and an easy way to get protein in. Definitely will be a regular here and next time I want to play chess (they've got games on the tables) and plenty of comfortable seating. Shoutout to Daniel for giving us some free samples of the protein balls-- delicious!

UPDATE: While I won't be changing my five star review. as this place has been incredibly good to me as a customer for 6 years, I do feel the need to say something in regards to recent changes that contradict my following review. As part of the franchising of the business, a new rule excluding dogs from the shop has been instituted. I don't hold this against the business, especially one with necessary cleanliness standards in the food industry, but considering one of my highest praises about HB was the way it welcomed in customers' dogs, I felt I had to update this review. The environment at HB Wellness has always been extremely welcoming, and part of that was seeing customers, and employees too, having comfortability walking in with their friendly dogs to get their drink before maybe sitting for a bit or taking it to go. I loved using the shop as a mini-adventure out of the house during summer especially when I craved a drink and wanted to get my dog some brief socialization during the long, hot days. Needless to say, I'm sad to see this change and to have to admit it will affect my habits as a customer. I still think this a wonderful business run by good people, and this update doesn't take away any of the positive things I said in the review below. The big energy teas are still one of my favorite drinks out there and I encourage everyone to still check out and support this business.I've been coming to HB Wellness for 6 years now, and I still love it as much now as I did when I first discovered it. The staff and atmosphere were extremely welcoming to a new customer, and 6 years later the bright, cheery, welcoming service is still the standard. Daniel, the owner, is a great host for his business and always hires people who can match his energy and desire to create the best customer experience.As someone who has tried just about every flavor on the enormous menu at this point, I can say that I do have my favorites, but there are plenty of options for all the different personal tastes of customers. The big, flavored energy teas are delicious and one of my favorite drinks to slow sip while I get work done or need an energy boost.I have been bringing in my dog often since she was a puppy, as Daniel has always been very welcoming to having well-behaved dogs coming in the place. I've often sat and worked for hours at a time thanks to the free wi-fi and cozy atmosphere. HB Wellness provides those coffee shop vibes while serving a different customer base, and I am thankful for it as I love the option for teas and shakes!I highly recommend checking this place out and enjoying what it has to offer.

So far, I’m 2/2 with smoothies. Both the Oreo and blueberry cheesecake are great. If you want to try something new ask Lex or Katie they’re super nice and will make sure you walk away with something you like.

I visit AZ very often from MN for several years now, and I make a point to include HB in my diet regimen many days a week post hikes/trail runs because the variety of delicious flavors and nutrition provided is key to my recovery. All the staff is amazing and helpful and the owner, Daniel, really cares about you and your experience as well as his staff <3. He is a wealth of knowledge and practices what he preaches. I highly recommend stopping at this Gem! You will not be disappointed. Be sure and check out the secret menu options while there. There's so many options. Such an unexpected blessing to stumble upon this place. Daniel, the owner, has built a phenomenal team. You feel like a regular even when you’re just passing through. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and kind, not just “good service” kind but remember-you-and-care kind.And the protein shakes — oh my lanta! they are incredible. I don’t love sweet things but I do love caffeine, but my husband doesn’t like caffeine and likes sweeter things. We both find awesome flavors to try each time. Easily the best shake I’ve had (very clearly made with quality ingredients). You can just tell this is a place run with real care.If you’re anywhere nearby, test it out. Great people, great energy, and amazing shakes. We come back every time we’re in town.
