I have had my unit for many years now. I love my fence and this company and staff. They are courteous and knowledgeable about their products. Pet Stop’s response time is truly great!I live on 3.5 acres and my Yorkies have the run of the front and back yards. Even though I still supervise them outside (they are tiny), they will NOT leave the yard with this system. Sometimes they act like they really want that squirrel at the edge of the property but they know it’s not a good idea. So often they will bark some at the “warning” signal but they stay in the yard! I would highly recommend them as their customer service really is great.

Escaping the city and leash walks also meant a degree of freedom and squirrel chasing not experienced for our pup. Talking with Jillian, she was confident the Pet Stop system would be successful for Harvey to understand his boundaries and to keep him safe. The installation was fabulous and training was effective such that just a week later an errant throw of a ball outside the zone has him stopping dead before and waiting patiently for me to get it. The next level invention is a ball that stays in the yard with my pet. We could not be more pleased with this investment for the safety of our dog.

Pet Stop was recommended to us by family 3 years ago, and I want to spread the word! We live on a wooded lot that is impossible to fence, and after our puppy ran off AGAIN after a deer, I called Pet Stop. They came the same day and I couldn't have been happier with the installation and the service. I want to mention the training our pup received from Jillian to learn the boundaries. If you're worried about an e-fence, don't be. Jillian was an incredible trainer to ensure that our pup learned quickly, and it was a very positive experience. She trained us too! Tim and Amber have been very responsive with their customer service, too. I'm so glad we found Pet Stop!
