I have had this app for a month now. There is a course that shows you all the ins and outs of the app that was very helpful. Once I knew that, it worked great for me! The FaithFull community is such an inspiration and the people there are so friendly. It really is a Holy Spirit-anointed way of moving toward a healthier existence.
