Such a wonder experience with Soild Rock from start to finish. First company of over a dozen we reached out to in 2021. Decided we wanted to wait. Started the search process again when we decided we were ready. I reached out to about 5 more companies including them. Our hearts felt they were the right fit for us. They were able to help us envision our yard and the potential it had. Everyone else gave us a black and white picture which made us unsure.Throughout the entire process they came worked hard and most importantly kept our space clean. The communication was very thorough. They worked very efficiently. We where doing this project through the holidays and from the beginning they were upfront on the weeks they closed so their staff could enjoy the holidays. They even had to work through the icy winter and they still had our yard done in a respectable time frame.They gave us an estimate cost and never once changed or encouraged us to upgrade. The only changes were when I was adamant. We also used them for landscaping and that was seamless and worth the additional cost so be sure to budget that in.Everyone on their staff was so helpful. They were always available to answer all our questions. If they didn’t have the answer they were quick to help us find it.We would choose them again in a heartbeat. Can’t thank them enough for making our back yard dreams come true!

Let me start here, Solid Rock is most definitely a trustworthy company who knows what the heck they doing. I found out about them actually through a Cobb county building inspector just by chance-- in a positive way. Went home and called them up and spoke with Jason Hill. After that first hour long phone call I knew I wanted them to build for us. This was our 2nd local pool build so I knew a lot more this go around and knew to stay away from first pool builder (freaking nightmare)! They built us exactly what we wanted for a fair price BUT more importantly they go above and beyond when something comes up. For example we recently had a snafu with one of our pool jets (past our 1 year warranty labor) low and behold they came to fix it graciously with no rhetoric. They answer their texts and phone calls which is highly important in perspective. Very much a stand up and standout kinda company. They've been around a long time so that's reassuring as well. But again, they don't tell you to F off after final payment; they want to make you happy. 1000% I would use them again. It's hard choosing the right pool builder not personally knowing who to trust. I interviewed and got quotes from 4 local reputable pool builders - Solid Rock for the win!

Solid Rock Pools & Spa did an amazing job designing and installing our pool. It’s our backyard oasis! With the gift of feedback, the only items that keeps me from giving them 5 stars are 1) with their expertise in landscaping, they could/should have assessed my lawn type needs better and installed the appropriate option based on the amount of daily sun we receive. And 2) they left our overflow drains open that have caused a drainage issue at the bottom of our yard. Now we have to pay more expenses to correct both issues that could have been prevented from the start.Other than these items, they have been very responsive and attentive to our needs and I would (and have multiple times) highly recommend them. The experience was very smooth from start to finish. Jason, Michael, Mark, and team where are professional, timely, and jumped on each issue as they come up. With a total backyard makeover, and a project that took many months of working these guys had it together. From tree removal, grading, the pool, patio, landscaping and drainage they solved all my problems and gave us a beautiful backyard for years to come. Thanks Solid Rock.
