We recently hired Coy Electric Company to handle the electrical work on four of our coastal units, and they did an outstanding job. Two of those units needed full rewires—everything from the outlet plugs to the lighting fixtures was replaced. The other two units just needed some fix-up and cleanup to bring everything up to code.
