After taking my wife to an appoint I was unable to start the car. I am experienced enough to know that I needed a jump start. I lifted the hood and attached cables hoping someone would notice and offer assistance. After an extended period and several attempts we were unable to obtain assistance. Finally a HAVC Ministries truck stopped. After brief introductions and expressed need, our new friends set about helping us. Our car was in a position that made it difficult to get next to. After attempts it was determined to carefully back the truck into position. The cables attached we did not get the immediate response we hoped for. Finally the car was started. Marco and Eliseo were on lunch break but insisted we were more important staying with us until we were on our way. We were extremely impressed with how polite and focused these men were. They certainly are a credit to their company thus making the company a credit to the community. If I have a need for their expertise I will call them and highly recommend them to friends and others who have need for their experience.I
