On April 17th Lena had a EF 2 tornado. Our home received significant damage the very next morning PEI was in town helping wherever they could. They tarped my roof and boarded my sliding glass door that blew out. Tony was with us from day one and did all the heavy lifting dealing with the insurance company making sure we got everything we needed. We got a new roof and siding on our house and garage also 2 new windows and sliding glass door. The work was second to none. I can not thank them enough for all they did for my family

I had an overall great experience with Precision Exteriors Inc for my bathroom addition. Tony the salesman basically does his own project managing and for that I was grateful. He made sure I was happy because I have high expectations for any work that is done for me. He is a customer satisfaction based sales guy. He definitely knew what he was doing and I really appreciated that the owner of the company also stopped to check on the project as well. When there were a few hiccups Tony and the owner made sure it was taken care of immediately. Tony also had the knowledge to fight my insurance company when they declined my claim for hail damage to my roof. Now just waiting to have that done and I'm sure I'll be just as pleased. If you have the opportunity for Trevor R. to be in your crew you will be very happy, he is knowledgeable and a saving grace, a very hard working young man.

Had Precision put a roof on my ranch style house and was done in a day, and done well. Came home to absolutely nothing in the yard or mulch or anything at all, just a brand new roof. Gave photos during the tear off to document sheathing needed, good price, great warranty.

Hats off to these guys. After the violent storm busted up Lena on 4/17/26, these guys were on the scene helping people out before the dust even settled. They boarded up 2 broken windows at my place and tarped part of my roof that had been damaged. This was at about 9pm. They got me done in short order and moved on to the next person in need. “We recently had PEI update our bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. The old tub had leaked before we bought the house, and since the flooring was never replaced, we badly needed new subfloors and flooring. While we were at it, we decided to add a new toilet and vanity with sink. Even though our bathroom is small—and it’s the only one we have—PEI managed to complete everything in just one day! The space looks fantastic now, and their technician worked incredibly hard to get it all done. From the initial estimate to final completion, the process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend!
