My trainer is Kalani who I have the upmost respect for. When I started a couple of years ago I could barely get off the floor, I had to wear a knee brace on my left knee, I had poor bone density, and I could barely lift 5lbs, and did I mention I will be 65 next year. Kalani strengthen my knee, now I don’t have to wear a knee brace, I can get up from the floor easily, and the doctor told me whatever I’m doing to continue because I now have great bone density. My balance has improved, strength has improved, I’ve lost weight and feel better now then I ever did before. She is a motivator, a supporter, an encourager, and most of all she has the patience of a saint. Kalani is a great trainer and if your like me and need that one on one to show how to use the weights & machines properly, need to improve your balance, need to get to a healthy place, & need to get strong & increase your muscle mass Kalani is the trainer for you. I encourage all of you 50 (or younger) and older to give Kalani a try. You won’t be disappointed. She is not only a great trainer but an amazing person.
