I recently reached out to Done Right Carpet for assistance with an issue, and while John ultimately wasn't able to help us, I was thoroughly impressed by his integrity and professionalism.Instead of offering an ill-conceived solution that wouldn't have been satisfactory just to collect a fee, John was very upfront and honest that he couldn’t properly treat the problem and we would not be satisfied with the results. True to his high standards of customer service, he still went above and beyond by offering alternative ideas to help us solve our problem. One of which we used and worked out great.It is rare to find businesses that prioritize the customer's best interest over a quick payday. John is super ethical, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. We are a return client of Done Rite carpet care. John, the owner, came out for an inspection first to determine our specific needs and give us an accurate estimate. He pointed out some issues that needed to be addressed and how he would approach restoring those areas. True to his word, he did a fantastic job, and our carpet looks like new. He explained how those special areas may or may not react over the next few months and how we should address any problems should they arise. After having dealt with those big chain carpet cleaning companies in the past I would never use them again. We highly recommend Done Rite Carpet Care.
