Great contractor!! Reasonable and responsive! Such a pleasure to do business with Dan, he clearly takes pride in all his work, a perfectionist! And I really appreciated it! He's all about the details and quality! There's a right way to do things and Dan knows this, he gives 100% to the project, focused and easy to do business with and Dan is definitely fair! His first quote was in the ballpark what i had expected, then the job required more work, I had a feeling which is why I got several quotes, some were handyman companies, no no, I'm just so glad i found Dan, the job required a contractor not a handyman, yet Vista Exteriors price was still fair, it was a lot of work, I saw it myself, so yes, it required a little more but Dan knew exactly what to do, he's efficient and organized and i feel he was honest! He doesn't waste any time and he's busy! But this was the best experience I've had working with a contractor, and now i feel peace of mind.Also, Dan is careful and thoughtful, from beginning to end, and at the end. he cleaned everything up so well! I can’t say enough good things about Dan! Selling my house and the inspector found a few things wrong with the roof. The buyer had a roofer come out and quote the job for $800. I called Dan and he was completely honest with me and gave me a quote that was way more accurate and fair and didn’t rip me off like the first guy did. I really cannot say enough about Dan's professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail. He quoted us a very fair price for a leak at the point where our porch roof met our house. I learned from Dan that this is called a transition. Dan thought it might take 2-2.5 hours & it took about 3.5 hours after he uncovered everything up there. He did not ask for more than he initially quoted as he cares more about satisfying his customer than he does about money. We gave him more on our own because he earned it! Dan is the Man!!Dan came to my house after a tree fell onto the corner of my house and damaged several tiles, the surrounding stucco and metal parts. He was honest, knowledgeable, and he just has such a kind demeanor...and his communication was perfect, when he said he was going to be here at 9, he was, every time!His work is perfect, you cannot even tell that work had to be completed because of his attention to detail.The most impressive part about Dan, is that we had a small mishap, his stucco worker accidentally hit the hose pipe while trying to mix the cement, he immediately called me, and was at my house with 20 min to remedy the situation. What neither of us realized, is that is caused an unfortunate leak into our guest room in which we did notice for up to 5 days later as it came through the internal wall to the house. It was on a Sunday that I discovered the leak, and by Monday at 9am, he was at my house in fix and detective mode, we got a plumber out, he removed the carpet as it was saturated, and the baseboards, and he took full 100% responsibility for it and made sure to cover and pay for any damage. He handled it with complete professionalism, integrity and as much as it sucked for him, he remained kind and positive. He completed the baseboards, drywall, and paint himself, and paid for the new carpet. And truthfully, again, his attentional to detail was noticeable as you cannot even tell we had an issue.Accidents happen, but Dan handled this with professionalism, promptness, and showed how ethical and honest he was....which is all hard to find these days. His work is amazing, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely call him again for roof work and will refer him out to all my friends when in need. Less

Great text communication and followed up on everything he said he would do. Also came back few days later to remove my old satellite dishes and slight roof repair for no charge!
