I have worked with many trainers over the years and have never seen the results or transformation I was looking for until I found Britni. The first day we worked together we had an instant connection and I was very impressed with the extent of her knowledge and her passion for helping people. After our first training session I immediately sighed up and became a client. I have been with Britni for 5 months now and have gained muscle, dropped body fat, dialed in my nutrition, and have shifted my mindset. I can honestly say changing my mindset about how I feel about my body was an absolute game changer for me. Britni asked me to come up with a mantra, something I would tell myself daily. I came up with “I am an athlete “. It seemed ridiculous in the beginning but with her guidance and expertise it’s actually who I’ve become.
