As we’d had a lot of rain, I wanted to give the timber time to dry out first. When it was still tight a few weeks later, they came back promptly and made the necessary adjustments without any fuss. I’m so happy with the quality of their workmanship and customer service that I’m already having another custom door made by them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oknalux.

Single glazed windows and French doors replaced with Oknalux triple glazed windows and doors. The install guys did a great job looking after my home and removing/ installing the windows and doors. Thanks for a professional job. The new doors and windows are amazing.

Absoutley love our new windows!!We got 3 windows, all triple glazed (small price difference between triple and double). Only 1 night in and the sound from the main road we live next too has more than halved.Was a very long process with our windows being shipped from Europe, but definitely worth the wait. Mark and Ashim were incredible, such fast installation and really knew their stuff. Brett was also super helpful over the phone and gave great recommendations in the starting process.Communication could improve slightly when delays occur (example: not letting us know fly screens wouldn't be ready at the same time), but everyone was very helpful when we reached out to them.If anyone is considering getting these windows, we 100% recommend 👍

Had a problem with the door handle that was installed 2 years ago when we had all doors and windows replaced/installed as part of a major renovation. Mark was sent out, and actually knew what the problem would be before he even opened up the mechanism. Problem was fixed in short order, and he also adjusted the door height for us to make opening and closing easier. Very pleased with his service and attitude!
