Such a fun environment for kiddos! My 2yr old had his first cut here and the lady's were patient and kind! My son sat on my husband lap and smiled the whole time. He was so excited for his balloon too! Received a certificate of first haircut, a lock of his hair to save, and a picture! My husband also got his haircut and he was happy with the services provided as well.

We had a great experience today with B. Morgan, with our son having autism it isn’t the easiest to deal with. & she was VERY calm & respectful & cared for our opinion even with him being overwhelmed! We’ll definitely be coming back!!

Hands down best place to take your kiddos! They actually took their time and gave my daughter the full treatment and weren't rushing to just get it done. Not only that the haircut looked great and for once my daughter didn't leave crying from a haircut! She loved it! I couldn't be happier! We will definitely be back!

They worked with my poor time management skills via rescheduling. But calling prior to appointment helps. As far as the hair cut style and all around experience? My little one was treated likea6 princess. Did her nails, fun seats and distractions, and then they did phenomenal on the actual cut and style. Thanks folks.

Thank you Cynthia for being soo patient with my son. I’m glad it was her who gave my son a haircut since he’s had a bad experience before. The salon was very organized and everybody was kind. His haircut looked so good. It was worth a 30 minute drive.

Can't say enough good things ! Stephanie did an amazing job . My son has been terrified of haircuts in the past but you couldn't tell bc she did such a great job with him. He was even laughing. They painted his twin sisters nails while she waited. These ladies are amazing !

I took my 2.5 yo daughter there yesterday for the first time. Hair stylist Cynthia was great! She worked really well with my daughter who can be anxious and stubborn at times— helped calm her and her get her to cooperate. She also did a great job on her hair. Her bangs and trim look perfect today. She had braided it into two Princess Anna braids yesterday, so I could not fully appreciate how great of a cut until down today. Getting your fingernails painted with two colors is also included. They have TVs to distract the kids and fun cars turned into chairs. They get a balloon at the end and a plastic fake ring. I highly recommend Cynthia!

Excellent place for kids' haircuts. Tianna is great and is creative in finding ways to cut my child's hair since he doesn't want to sit or stay in one place longer than a few seconds.

I love Sharkey's but mostly Stephanie! This place makes kids feel welcome and my kids have fun getting their hair cut. Stephanie takes time and pays attention to detail! I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old, Stephanie recently became my go to person as she did an amazing job on my son's hair and new what this momma wanted. The stylist that cut my daughters hair didn't do a great job and cut it unevenly, I called up and spoke to Stephanie, she had me come in and took care of my daughter and didn't charge me a dime- of course I tipped her! This shows that Sharkey's is dedicated to making sure you and your kids have a good experience and walk away happy. They own up to any mistakes and ensures to fix it! Stephanie did a fantastic job. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment, and it wasn't due to lack of customers as they were pretty busy when we arrived. They have lots of things for kids to do to entertain themselves prior to and while they get their hair cut. Fast, efficient, and overall looked great.

We've brought our kids here every year(but one..and we shouldn't have strayed away), and it's been such an amazing experience. This isn't just a place for your kids to get a hair cut and hope they don't leave with a buzz here or an uneven cut from moving...these stylists have an almost unbelievable amount of patience and so many tricks to not only distract but actually entertain and interact while your kiddo is getting an amazing haircut. These ladies are all amazing, and the level of excitement my kid has on the days we are going to get a haircut is unreal.The kids have toys while they wait and balloons after they finish. They also have sucker's but are kind enough to ask the parents first(which is just another bonus). The best part is that the "chairs" are retired kids' cars(police car, fire truck, train, and a jeep), so it's not boring at any step.For a first cut, it's special as well as they get a photo and the lock of hair attached to the photo for a great keepsake.Bottom line, if you're looking for a first cut, trim, or an entirely new hairdo this is one of the best spots you can go to leave with a smile on everyone's face.Thanks for reading!
