Franco was a great help to us. He helped us sell our home in 4 days for more than we thought we could get for it. Then, he assisted us in buying our current home at a good price. He stayed in constant contact with us during the entire process of moving from one home to another. All of his recommendations benefited us and we followed them. Franco brought in private inspectors to analyze properties before we offered a bid on the homes. These inspectors provided the approximate repair costs to bring the homes to a satisfactory condition.During this entire time we have become friends. He calls us periodically just to check on us and offers various names of contractors to work for us to resolve various issues with our new home. We, my wife and I, would recommend Franco to serve anyone as their realtor to buy or sell a home.
