Sorry for the lateness, I thought I had left my review already! June 2022- Triple digit heat and a Home wedding taking place in a day with family already arriving- 1 of 2 AC units crap out! I called Wade at Arkla Air and he was a life saver! He quickly diagnosed the problem and expedited the parts needed to repair the unit- just in the nick of time! Thank You so much!! I have had Wade repair our air conditioner several times and he has gone out of his way to get parts delivered and installed in a timely manner. ArkLa Air is a local business, unlike some of the big companies that don't even have a local number you can call.I have used big companies like Service Experts and find that they always try to hustle me, don't respond on time and on one occasion, totally dropped my service request when I told them I wouldn't buy a new unit. Wade and his guys are good people that do good work. My father had just gotten out of open-heart surgery and the AC stopped cooling one night. I contacted Wade the next morning at 7A, they showed up at 8A, we were cool in about an hour. That’s the kind of service you can expect with ArklaAir. He explained the why and how of everything being done, and even showed me some potential issues on the outside unit. They went ahead and fixed the connections while there to prevent another call out! We got a repair AND an education. I’m seriously thinking about signing up on their service agreement. Give ArklaAir a call. You won’t be disappointed.
