From the moment I contacted the owner John Davis at Pro Tek all the way to the completion of my electrical needs from Carlos and Jose, my experience could not have been any better. John was very communicative when I had reached out for a request. And was very upfront about the work that needed to be done and the timeline. Carlos and Jose were polite and friendly when they came over to complete the work. They were also very efficient and quick.
